do you have any pictures of the technic frame from when you were building it? I would love to try a mod like this but would probably need some reference
Only pictures I got are the ones in the description of the 1st video. There is not much but it could give you some base to start from... (I did not think to make photos at that time. Sorry)
There so many questions I would like to ask to try to reproduce, even only a bit, your MOD... Let's go for an easy one... What parts did you use to connect the pillars to the access ramp at 0:40 ? I can't see / can't find what parts would suit... Great joy, by the way, really amazing !
Hi. The parts you mentioned are 2736 and 14418. As far as I know this is the smallest ball-joint possible. The 2736 is connected to a 51677 liftarm. The rest of the pillar is connected thanks to a 55013 beam type to the lift arm on its second slot. Hope it helps.
@@legomodder3891 This helps a lot ! Thanks for answering... Just one more question, What part is the 51677 liftarm ? I can't find it on BrickLink. Is there any other reference ? Is it a typo ? Or I am looking bad ?
@@legomodder3891 Oh, man, sorry for the questions... I see now how you you did with the bottom of the pillars... But I cannot reproduce how you did it at the top of them ! There is always something that gets stuck... What you did is amazing ! I'll one try to reproduce the inside. But I'm far to have your skills. I have to train more on less complex system. I thaught the access ramp was accessible for me !
Dude, I really fell in love with your mod!! How can I get any instructions and parts list of your mod if I ask? I saw your Kickstarter project page and I'm really sorry that it was unsuccessful. But I'll definitely pay for the instruction and parts list personally!
Did you modified the top pannels at all? if so can you take pics of the undersides of the hatches if possible? also, can you take a picture of the left entry door cuz there are no good angles of it in both vids. thanks in advance!
The top panels are a bit modified indeed. I will add those pictures in the description next week. I don't understand what you want to see of the left docking ring though; There is no opening mechanism on this side.
@@legomodder3891 sorry I wasn't clear, I wanted to see how the docking ring was connected to the 6x8, which was what I meant by door. Thanks for the reply!
@@legomodder3891 Merci pour votre réponse. Je ne veux pas dire que vous devez créer un mod. Au contraire, je n'ai jamais vu de conteneur de fret pour le faucon comme mod n'importe où. Salutations de la Suisse
What do you mean ? Yo fix it ? I used a 6x20 plate plus another one, then a 6x3 wing plate for the corner. Everything is fixed together with connecting parts below. It is connected to the rest of the ship thank to few rotating plates. Robustness is also granted thanks to the walls in technic parts that are connected to other technic parts from the other compartments that sit directly on the ship plateform. I don’t know if I am clear enough but if not, look at the other video, you would probably have a better point of view on the details
This guy has some serious skill in designing LEGO. I would love to do this mod to my Falcon some day!

Nice! Where are you from?
How much would you charge for the instructions for this? Please say you sell the instructions?
I wish he would, I'd pay a chunk of money for them, it's by far the best Lego Falcon hands down, well done indeed LegoModder!!!
I still waiting for a mod for the cargo pod in the front...
Honestly I am not a big fan of that pod, so you’re gonna need to find another guy for this mod ^^’
I am planning to do it at least, but who knows ^^
