Suppliers give deep discounts on products to have them be featured in the show. Geography also plays a major role in labor costs for different trades. For instance, tile install is much less expensive in Arizona than it is in the Pacific Northwest where we are.

Overall 7k .high standard materials, wish i can shear the pics ,Am base in Maryland upper marlboro city, so not in a country. Don't mind about those crazy figures he is talking about, yes u can do a barthroom from scratch less than 10 k.

Keep in mind, they just touched on pricing in this video, there’s a lot of factors that come into play in that regard. Being a PNW native myself, I know that you’ll spend about 2-3x as much on materials than you would in the Midwest. There’s also a huge demand for contractors currently and so the cost to get projects like this done by a pro are driven up by the market. Take everything with a grain of salt, and don’t expect your process to fit exactly what these channels tell you.

We find that that particular length of time is a good estimate for the types of bathrooms we do, especially considering an bathroom addition or expansion where other factors are involved. For pricing- Portland has a really high cost of living which translates into the price. We get that everyone is different and has different needs, and that's ok!

I do not care if you are adding this bathroom to 1-Million dollar home or 300k dollar home. 100k or anything above 50k is not where that should be even with high quality materials. This video is useless for estimates of that kind. Please present a bathroom that someone paid you 100k dollar for it.

Adding a bathroom to your home will add value, but you'll want to run the costs to see if the cost you put in, will be less than the value it will add. Completely new bathrooms or things like expansions and brand new fixtures can add up. We always try to work with our clients and find solutions that fit within their budget- hope that helps!

One toilet, one shower, one tub, one vanity, the materials cost about 4k to 8k. So 100k is the labor cost
Labor for those 4 items wouldn't be anywhere near $100,000
