This one box hits every like I have in 40K. The snipers are amazing and elite orks with explosives are a must. Problem is now I need a box of ogryns, a box of bullgryns, and another box of more wrecka orks. Expensive teams.
Team looks great and the models are cool. Managed to snag the box set, looking forward to building and playing them. I am tempted to paint at least 2 as Bad Moons, maybe the Demolisher as Red Sun and the rest as Deathskulls. Thanks for the video :D
For the tank hammer detonate, and its your first time fighting with that profile, do you roll damage for each Normal and Crit hit? Or only once for the first hit as subsequent hits would see the "first time this operative would inflict damage" has already occurred?
@@CanYouRollaCrit I mean common gunner, without pulsa or rack, only with heavy lancha and rokkit lancha. The list is the following: Nob with pistols, demolisha, krusha, rokkiteer with pulsa, 2 fighters
Don't let the 5+ to hit fool you, the dice fixing can make their shooting very strong when you need it to be. Melee heavy does seem like the more popular choice, though
Dissapointed on their lack of AP, kommandos got gutted without having access to it at all. Yeah you can take the equipment but still. Also that armor equipment is complete garbage, legionary gets bladed armor and we have to trade one inch of movement for one singular extra wound….what the fuck
@ having non flat connection points is even better as the arms will orientate into the correct positions and not move around. Just have to be a little more careful and use putty to set the magnets in place, can put a tiny piece of cling wrap between the joins while the putty and magnets set in place.
Elite Orks is my very specific kink, got two squads on the way between me buying a box and guard players wanting to split.

or you can just print alternative models, would look cooler than x2 the same orcs.
@ yeah that’s what I’m going to do for the bullgryn/ogryn there are a ton of cool alt sculpts for them out there
If you only want to use them in kill team, you only need a box of ogryn as you can make both in a box.

Well I wasn't disappointed! I do agree with all that was said in the overview, but atleast they aren't as oppressive as the current meta teams.

Doesn't the demolisha also hit itself with detonate? It specifies each other operative within control range of the target takes the damage.

You roll a 4 attack dice then resolve the first strike only. It's so you can roll a crit to strike with it or get blocked out

Well the wounds change breakpoints but also all the shooting is 6 dice which is very rare
No mention of magnets? 🧲.
The big bodies and arms make it a relatively easy job, saves buying an extra box and a whole lot of painting.
They don't really magnetise well as the conmection points aren't flat
