De verdad que creo que eres mágica e inspiradora,he visto a algunos canales que intentan copiarte,pero le pones tanto amor,y se nota que hay mucho corazón al hacer tu receta,y más encima te llenaste las manos de manjar al partir el pastelito,y aunque sólo lo veo creeme que siento su sabor,su textura y su dulzor.Etes extraordinaria,no hablas ni pides un like pero de verdad no es necesario que lo pidas porque lo bueno se hace notar por si solo.Muchas bendiciones
I learned to make traditional croissants during the pandemic, it took 2 or 3 days for the whole thing to be made most of that was waiting for everthing to proof/set up. I found this technique a few yrs ago & love so much!! I will never make croissants the long way again. My family was able to enjoy croissants the same day because of amazing the method. This technique of making croissants is a game changer!! 💕
I also learned to make croissants during the pandemic 😅 I’m a stay at home mom and since I couldn’t go anywhere I spent soooo much time in the kitchen. My daughter now also has the kitchen be her happy place 😂 she loves listening to music and baking/cooking so over the years we’ve made soooo many new things and I’ve learned my toddler will literally eat anything 😂
You have no idea how much your video just helped me. I have an exam in about 3 hours and still have a whole chapter to study and do questions of other chapters. I'm was on the verge of a panic attack but taking a break to watch you cook is so relaxing that it makes me believe I can walk in that exam hall and ace the exam ❤ lots of love from a sleep deprived student

You're crying over layers of pastry? Food is a tool. Treating it like an art is wasting skill, talent, time and resources... unless your goal is to show off and boast about how much you wasted over years of practice to just get good at making a bite's worth of sugar.

Telling a stranger that speaking up to a misuse of multiple resources is not needed... how controlling of you. I can only hope those pastries went to good use... but much art food is rarely actually consumed. More than likely they went stale somewhere because "they were too pretty to eat".
