They weren't sure what to call themselves at that time, weren't they. They'd just taken over from Connex, but they were calling themselves South Central Trains before they decided on the name Southern. And Gatwick Express was still a separate company

Nice video. In particular, it's good you made the point of filming the interior of an un-refurbished 455 as it's easy to forget what they were like pre-Southern days.

I do find it odd seeing so many 3 car 377s. Nice film though...
at the time they were class 375/3 as they were transferred from connex and renumbered class 377/3 after they had different couplers fitted i think
