    Loved your class. Where the. leg was 90 degrees for wall split how do you keep the leg on the wall from sliding right or left?

    You said to secure the knee joint, but split most of the times I feel a bit of cramped knee, I leave the posture at that moment itself, but what can we do to avoid it, also what should be done once we get the pain...thank you

      you can wear something on the knee or put good cushion
