    Hi, do I need to warm up with a short cardio before doing this lesson? Also how many times a week? Been doing yoga 1 year and a half after cardio or weights, but I'd like to start this lesson on its own on my days off, to see how I go. Thanks!

      U can practice this 3 days a week like, Monday Wednesday Friday

      Sciatica refers to pain, weakness, numbness, or tingling in the leg. It is caused by injury to or pressure on the sciatic nerve. Sciatica is a symptom of a medical problem. It is not a medical condition by itself.

    at 25.50 the lady starts to tuck her leg to her body. i tried it but my leg always flip out again. why is this so? please advise master Yograja, thank you very much
