Im feel so sorry for some difficult pose in this lession T.T
I followed your series 3 times tomorrow i will complete day 10
I m able to do backband which i was not able to do, split i still struggling to doing, advance hip opening can do last one, twisting still struggling due to my tummy fat. Really has changed great my body posture i really like to share my picture as well before & after which has a great difference but still i do have little tummy area
