Strong Sensual Flow | Awaken The Goddess Within

thank you for being so patient with me! I see my channel grew so much and I am beyond blessed to have you all follow along this sensual yoga journey. Welcome 𓆃
If your typical vinyasa practice is already feeling a little sensual, I think this honey-like sensual yoga flow will turn up the heat a few degrees. This class incorporates a lot of sensual slow movement and hopefully inspires your femininity. This is however a more advanced class, since we will move pretty quickly without much explanation of each asana. You will also find more challenging postures in this class, so don’t be discouraged if you can’t get there yet. This class is here to empower you and awaken your feminine energy, and that should be the main focus.
No props are necessary for this flow, however we will be moving into some deep stretches. So you are more than welcome to grab some yoga- blocks (if you own any) to help you in these asanas.

What a beautiful and non-traditional flow. I Love that you also encourage tiny movements in my poses, I found I get much more relaxation and satisfaction out of some of my poses When I do that instead of just rigidly holding. I love the hazy beach as well. This is my new favorite channel, it's about time my feminine side got some attention.

Namaste! Overall a really nice practice. I enjoyed the sensuality & connecting to my divine feminine. I did find the verbal cues a little off & some of the transitions not as fluid/flowing as I like but I'm sure after doing this practice a few more times, I'll be able to incorporate more flow into these transitions. With love & gratitude.
The Bare Female is such an amazing teacher that I look through her videos while still at work to decide which flow to practice once I’m home! today I feel energized towards the end of my shift & looking forward to doing this flow in a few hours! If you’re considering trying it out, I can’t suggest her enough!😊
I really like the approach, it makes me feel like it's 'me' time! Just a feedback...sometimes it feels to me the guidance in not really in sink with the flow and I get stuck not understanding the directions for the next movement and need to look at the video often which is very uncomfortable, but I'll keep trying other videos on the channel 'cause I really like the shooting sensual intimate approach!

Every day you heal my inner child with your compassionate and loving way of teaching by giving us permission to go as fas as we can today.. I used to do yoga as a child in school.. I remember however one day I left it because I couldn’t bear the pain I was feeling because we were asked to push so much to achieve a certain asana.. it was splits (Bhoonaman asana) to be precise.. I still can’t do full splits but I have compassion for my body and what I can do and where I am.. and compassion of that kid version of me who quit yoga because of pressure that I couldn’t take at that moment.. so yes this gentle love and compassion is so healing..

Thank you for this class and for your amazing work. I´ve been doing your classes this past month, finally reconnecting to my feminine body. Finding so much deep medicine in being gentle an moving slow and intuievetly with my body. Moving how it feels good to my body, honoring my temple.
