Thank you all so much for watching.
As always, report scams to our BBB Scam Tracker here: bbb.org/scamtracker
“Well, stay warm, Richard.” Hilarious!!
Cracks me up when "Jack Smith" with such a thick accent says "Trust me".
Her reaction when he starts to spell Stanley with the phonetic alphabet had me rolling 😂😂
They don't listen to a word you say! You answered the phone Better Business Bureau & he STILL went on with his schpeal.
They get hilarious when you get them off script!
MONEYYYYYYYYYYYYY"" All you have to do is say that magic word they'll give you all their attention then LOL
I do not think they understand English very well.
@@marias5088 golly gee! ya think!? lol!
Yes, I've noticed that, I give a wrong name and location and they carry on with their rubbish, I even swear at them and some ignore that.
I love your videos. My mom is 83 and she loves them too. We both think you are terrific.
3:12 "stay warm, Richard" LOL dude is probably sitting in 100 degree weather in India hahhaha
Probably higher than that.
Congratulations, Julie and BBB Wisconsin! I find the scam calls both entertaining and informative. Thank you so much! 😃
And thank you for watching! :)
I have a notion to second that emotion ! Julie does a wonderful job at wasting their time ! These BBB videos are tons of fun to watch ! I can only hope these lying scumbags aren't able to get any money out of their potential victims !
please keep these video coming THEY ARE GREAT.THANKS
Julie, I work for a Securities (Investment) firm for a large company in Illinois. We have also seen a slight uptick in the number of people draining their investments (IRAs) and life insurance contracts for various schemes. This was very entertaining. Appreciate the work you are doing at the BBB. I subscribed and will continue to watch your vignettes. Cheers.
I used to get calls from a company who told you that you have won a free cruise for 2 and all they need is the fees and taxes. When I try to say I'll ask my spouse and call them back tomorrow and they will say no, no, you must book it now it won't be available tomorrow. (I'm a male and this was 20 years ago) so I tell the guy I don't have anyone to go with me and he says do you not have a family member or friend that would love to go on a free trip? I says no but hey, would YOU like to go with me? he is quiet for a moment and says what? I said do YOU want to go with me? he says uh...no and hangs up. A week later I get the same call again different guy. I tell him the same thing and when I say do YOU want to go with me? we'll have a great time getting to know one another, he says uhm...actually yeah but this line is monitored so I can't discuss further but I'll call you after I get off. LOL never heard from that company again.
I'd like to see you add some "next-level drama" to your scam artist calls. When you are doing the IRS scam calls and they tell you they are going to send the police to arrest you in 45 minutes, after a minute or two of talking to them, tell them hold on there is a knock at the door. Come back crying saying the police are HERE! They just came to arrest me. let "the police" person come over and start telling you that you are under arrest and reading you your rights while you try to talk to the caller. Let the "officer" tell them the badge number and read back any case number citing that they have the situation under control and then tell them you have to go you are being arrested. LOL I would do this stuff all day
I love your scambaiting videos, Julie. Please make more! I have no requests. Each & everything you do is great!
We appreciate each and everything you've said! We will definitely keep making them!
Congrats on the 1m views, you're doing great work, damn these evil vermin.

Yes, we love our fellow cheese heads!
B.B.B. Wisconsin Go Vikings Go!!!!!
I always use the local police departments address, or local FBI office.
The White House address is good too.
Who knew that there were so many Jack Smiths in India?
And Indian dudes with Italian-American names!
& Alex Wilson’s. Brad Johnson. David Jones. & on & on…
So glad to see Julie got her balloons!! I remember she loves balloons from when she "won the lottery" for $1.5 million through the BBB lol
I only discovered this channel last night, and I binge watched your videos. It’s funny hearing these scammers when they’re back into a corner. Keep them coming!
Thanks so much for watching Nick! We will have another video up soon!
Louisiana dam that was a tongue twister for him😂😂😂😂
😂
I love how the one scammer tells his coworker, "stupid lady" like you can't hear him lol
You are such a classy lady. I always enjoy your videos whenever I stumble upon them because you are so kind to waist their time so they don't scam someone else. Thanks so much for what you do!
Con Edison - someone calls claiming power will be shutoff soon if you don't pay hundreds of dollars. And asking to pick up a (gift") card to load with the $$$..Thank you for posting these compelling videos.
I am not even american and do not live anywhere near Wisconsin but have enjoyed your calls to these scammers in the last day or so. Keep these going and I hope there is more to come
Thanks for watching! And yes, we will continue to film more of these.
Im late ... but same.

I made a 'Microsoft Guy' so mad. I told him I have a Mac, I don't have Windows. He called me a liar and cussed at me, I just laughed.
Congrats on a million! You perform a great service, and we all appreciate it! I especially loved it when you were so kind to Richard and hoped he stayed warm. 😀
Thanks so much for watching Deb! We try to knock 'em out with kindness.
Congratulations Julie and the BBB. I absolutely love your videos, so informative and entertaining at the same time. Looking forward to my next scam call so that I can play them along too. Best wishes from the UK.
Thanks for chatting with these scammers. There are so many people who fall for their BS!

Julie you are a huge part of this success. Honestly I would not have watched if it was not for you.
Thanks Matthew!
I love all of them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great Job !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"Each and everything" is probably in everybody's script. They all say it, and repeatedly!
It’s your expressions that absolutely make these videos.
I got a call this week, they use your area code + the first three digits of your own number; getting you to answer (which I did) but thank goodness I know better I just hung up.
Thank you for exposing them.
“jack jacksmith”
oh, wonderful! great name! 😅😂

I just subscribe but been watching your videos. Thank you for helping everyone including myself to educate themself with these scams. They're very hilarious. Lol. Also Congratulations!
love your vids...thanks for doing what you do
And thank you Joe Scambait for watching!
They get flustered when I say "I'm sorry, your accent is so thick that I can't understand you. Is there someone I can talk to that doesn't have an accent?" One time they got me another person but his accent was even thicker than the first guy!
Julie, you are a professional at scamming the scammers. You have my utmost respect for what you do. I also think that the one person sounded like he was drunk. Why in the world would you give your info to someone who can't even spell SAMANTHA...lol
Congrats julie!!! Keep up the good calls 😁⚘
Thank you! Keep up the watching!
Stay warm, Richard..... Julie is
THE!
BEST!
EVER!!
Thanks for watching EastSide Eddie!
Well done Julie Keep up your great work
Scammer: "'Y' like yesterday" LOL
Have you ever received calls from unknown numbers? These unknown numbers never leave a voice message. I heard on our local radio stations that scammers call to see if your number is LIVE then they use the number you answer to use as other scamming schemes. I hope this makes sense. According to the radio news, once you answer or even swipe to ignore the call then the scammers know the number is live. They use this information to continue the scams.
Hi Terii, yes we've heard that before. In general we try to advise people not to answer any call from any number they don't know, especially unknown numbers. These are usually always scams, and it's best that they don't know your phone number is active.
I waited for days...days....and days for the authorities to come get me and take me to the magistrates bench. I guess I owed the government some big money. Ba ha ha ha!!!!! Next time I get a call like that I think I'll just have a playtime with the caller. Too funny!!!!
just found these. entertaining and informing. people can learn from these.
You told a scammer that you love balloons, now I see you got them! 🎈🎈
I love these videos hun. You are awesome with the way you handle these scammers. You help so many people with awareness of what these scammers do so they don't get scammed. Keep up the good work girl 😊😊
You deserve it
Your AWESOME.
Keep up the great work.
I really enjoy your videos and I have found them helpful. I actually had a call from someone and they requested my SSN. I knew enough not to give it and they hung up.
Thanks for watching Judy! We're happy to hear that you have found our videos helpful, and that you didn't give out your SSN. Great job spotting the scam!
Don't know how I came across these videos but i love them they kill me....keep up the awesome work
I'm impressed that UA-cam recognised the on-hold music as _Why This Kolaveri Di,_ a viral song from a 2011 Tamil movie called "3". No matter how popular it is in India, I'm gonna guess the IRS probably don't use it for on-hold music.
Julie you are the best, I love the way you deal with these people , I didn't know you had so many people from India in America ha ha ha . I like these video's from my side of the pond.
I really enjoy your videos. Keep them coming! 👍
Louisiana, lol. When they say they are calling from a U.S. state, ask them what city. When they tell you, tell them you will be there for the next 2 days training people at the IRS (have a roster of prepared real IRS addresses). If/when they ask what your training is. Tell them the theme is "How to Spot Scammers." Then invite them, lol.
Your privacy is really important to us🤣🤣
Hi Julie, congrats to you and your team on getting to one million views, that is so great. We love the videos and the work you do, keep up the great work. It is so amazing to see how desperate and bold these people are in trying to get ones money or information. I find now most calls are now a simple recording when you answer by phone in hope that one will back, had 3 of these just a day ago all within about 25min. We just block the number but I am sure there will more. Take care gang, your friends from Canada, Nova Scotia.
Thanks so much for watching! They are determined, you have to give them that.
Honestly, this is the greatest channel I have ever subscribed to and I am a brand new subscriber. I think Julie is awesome. Oh and congrats to the 1 million views.
I love the faces she makes. Julie is awesome.
That last clip especially made me laugh. That whirring noise, the echoing voice and then that interesting music. That was a Microsoft scammer? And what was that voice saying?
Samuel Erbes its an indian song as an caller tone 😂
I love what you do with he scammers keep up the magnificent work the you do. enjoy watching al the way from Melbourne Australia
You guys are great. Thanks for the entertainment.
No, thank you, Brad, for watching!
These scammers are so ridiculous it's a wonder anyone falls for them...
These are so much fun! Thanks!
My lord, these are so funny you seriously have to wonder how anyone could be fooled by these scammers? love your videos "Mum" ... "Mam" ... err however the say it. lol.
The ones I get a lot is the “free” cruise to the Bahamas but you have to pay port and taxes for two people even if you go alone. It’s always you have to do it then or they’ll give it to someone else and I think I get their spoofed number every 3-4 weeks
Someday this channel will have 1 million and I can say I was one of the first 1k 😀😀
Great job Julie as always...I love your videos.
"We check each and everything". "There's a file under your name", "a policeman will arrest you at your doorstep".
I'm in Michigan, and haven't seen these type videos yet, but would love to see how better to deal with insurance/warranty scam calls, and new popular social security scan calls
These are great exposing these scammers but now I have that song stuck in my head.
How am I just finding these hilarious videos?? lol lol lol
That hold music was freaking hilarious 🤣🤣🤣
The on hold music priceless!
last part,,,, that nusic 😂😂😂😂
The longer you can tie them up, the fewer other people they can scam.
I'm an Indian and I have legitimately worked in customer support for Barclays and Chase before..... And now I know why they hated us calling them. Can't say I blame them :/
I've been watching these 'scam the scammer' videos on youtube for a few hours now... And, I can't help but notice that they're ALL Indians!!! Wow. I did not expect that to be honest. I'm ashamed.
You do this in such a funny way! Great work!
Thanks so much Frank55!
Glad to be part of the one million views! :D
I love watching your videos would love to see more 😍 💕
Great job on these! ATB from Whitefish Bay. : )
Thanks neighbors! Go Pack Go!
As soon as an India person says one word, you can tell where their from..LOL
How true ! 99 per cent of the time, if the telemarketer has an Indian or Pakistani accent, it's a SCAM !!
but I bet they can spell THEY'RE.
Got a voice recording claiming to be from Amazon. It advised me that the Xbox Playstation billed to my credit card would be arriving in 48 hours. If it was correct I did not need to do anything. If this is an error, to contact them to stop delivery and verify my order. I called. They asked if I had ordered anything from Amazon? I had , but not a Playstation. (It had arrived already but did not tell him that.) They said the play station was a computer error and if I provided the credit card details, shipment would be stopped and a refund issued on the card and the correct item shipped and billed accordingly.
Told them I would take delivery of the item and apply for the refund when the item was returned to Amazon. No, Amazon would not authorize a return/refund as it was an electronic item. Ok, I'll give it to the boy next door. No, it is an error and it would be considered as stolen. I paid for it, even in error, how can it be stolen? I had not specifically ordered it. Told him to have me arrested, you scamming off spring from unmarried parents that starts with the letter B and hung up.
Why can they use a recorded message in perfect English but the person you get can barely be understood or speak it?
