GORGEOUS!!! Love it! Alcohol inks worked great with stencil. Love ghost prints too. I'm going to try this. Wondering how it would work if you sprayed plain alcohol onto stencil afterwards and got a print from it?? Love colors! VERY NICE JOB! TFS Austin,TX USA
Thank you so much. Alcohol ink gives that beautiful result! (The 'disadvantage' is, that you have to wait until the alcohol ink is dry to make the print witha layer of acrylic paint...) 🙃😀
@@csmaakt Heh heh...I always have a blow dryer on standby. Those of us artists who can't stand to literally "watch paint dry" need them! 😆 Of course it can change the pricess and outcome depending on the medium. So be it!
@@csmaakt Oh yeah...you don't want to heat the gelli plate. I just got one - haven't used it yet, but can hardly wait. I was dog-sitting and took all the supplies with me - and forgot the brayers!!! 🤦♀️
@@janinafisher101 hihi, then you can watch You Tube videos and see how you can start with the Gelli Plate. Once you are a bit used to it, you will automatically experiment. tip: Not with hard objects on the Gelli Plate!

Thankyou🌸 This stencil is an older one, I've had it for years but I still think it's a very nice one. It's from the brand Pronty Crafts - Mandala background. A4 size and the nr: 470.770.009.
You can remove the alcohol ink from the Gelli Plate by rolling a coat of acrylic paint over it. If there is still alcohol ink on it, you can clean your Gelli Plate with a little hand gel or baby oil and a cloth.
The 'pattern' is made with acohol ink and a stencil. A layer of acrylic paint goes over that when the alcohol ink is dry. Because the last layer is acrylic paint you can use 'regular' paper. For example printer paper and I used that here.
De stencils kunnen schoongemaakt worden met een doekje met wat alcohol/blendingsolution erop. Maar de alcoholinkt kan er ook gewoon afslijten tijdens het gebruik. De alcoholinkt geeft geen kleur af als het droog is. The stencils can be cleaned with a cloth with some alcohol on it. But the alcohol ink can also simply wear off during use. The alcohol ink does not transfer color when dry.
Very pretty! These have a stained-glass effect. Nice work!
Beautiful prints.... thankyou for sharing.❤️
Thankyou 🌸
Could you use acrylic paint on Geilli board as a basis for acrylic paint? Many thanks

I'd rather wait 10 minutes than with the heat tool on the Gelli plate....
Maybe the Gelli plate can withstand that heat, but no, no..... 🙈😁

Beautiful work! Thank you for the video. ❤ May I ask where did you find this wonderful stencil?
Thankyou🌸

It's from the brand Pronty Crafts - Mandala background.

I LOVE this stencil - the mandala. I’m in the US and it looks discontinued. Anyone have it and want to sell?
Thx deb
Very beautiful. However I cannot find the website to the mandala stencil do you know the name please.
This stencil is from the brand Pronty and I have owned it for years. I wouldn't know where to buy it.
Could you put alcohol in a mister bottle and mist the Gelli plate to reactivate the ink?
You can remove the alcohol ink from the Gelli Plate by rolling a coat of acrylic paint over it. If there is still alcohol ink on it, you can clean your Gelli Plate with a little hand gel or baby oil and a cloth.
Do you know how I can purchase the Mandala stencil that you are using from Pronty Crafts?
I bought that stencil years ago (in the Netherlands)...
Did you use regular card stock? Very pretty
Most of the time i use regular printer paper or bookpaper.
@@csmaakt Thanks, love your work
Would it work to put the ink in spray bottles? Just curious
no, you must leave the alcohol ink in the original bottles.
Schön, ja!

What kind of paper did you used
