This helped a lot thanks....I thought the 2 locking lugs needed to be unscrewed now I know they don't...a screwdriver with enough force pops them out...thanks
What happens if it’s not fully turned on? Will this cause water flow noise in the interior house pipes? I can hear water gushing but no leak and high water bill
if i have a water meter in the street,is there a way of getting a meter reading inside the house without water board having to move piping, as i can keep eye on if possieble leaks easier if meter inside my house?
I have a shared drive with both access panels for both houses. They have started to drop a bit with the tarmac due to weight of cars going over. Would putting some hard core around it then new tarmac over it be ok.

Why my council install a thin piece of cheap plastic that feels like it'll snap under a light breeze in mine? These all look sturdy and acceptable.
