Thanks for doing that. Kate..As a prostate cancer survivor. I appreciate that.! I was in the UK for the past 2 1/2 almost 3 weeks just got back to Texas and the tiger 800 blog- ride out- raised 500 pounds towards prostate cancer. That was their charity this year and I was proud to be a part of that so good on you for participating. Thank you for bringing awareness to it! Jimmy
You looked super dapper and this is SUCH a brilliant vlog showing what the event was all about! Thanks for taking us along for the ride, and hats off to you for riding such a beast! ✊
Hi Kate, beautiful event, lovely people, last time i rode a bike was 40 years ago LOVED my summer rides in the countryside on my 250, miss those days sooo much, now 61, 58 years type 1 diabetic, major heart surgery, and 5ft 2 inches, would loved to have had a mid size bike now, but only 62kg as well, no cash as now on esa support, due to health, just nice to remember those wonderful times, keep on biking, love the vlogs ect, keep up the great work, be safe, be well, love and kind regards, Chris.....
I wish we had an event like the DGM. The DGM is virtual here. The assortment of bikes new and old of many manufacturers is astonishing. I love all motorcycles despite my UA-cam handle. I'm a big Triumph guy. One of my first bikes was a 1967 Triumph Bonneville.
The R18 looks absolutely brilliant, and the yellow jacket says "dapper" with style. The overhead drone shots really show the magnitude of so many riders at the event! Keep doing what you do 😁👍‼️
Still can't believe I went for a ride on that day and ended up coming across a huge group coming the other way and had no idea what it was haha. Was an awesome sight to behold, did capture it on video 😊 honestly it's for a great cause, maybe next time I'll join you all
Did the ride on Boulder, CO here in the US. Great time was had by all. So much of the bike community pulling together for a good cause. Already have 5/19 next year marked in the books for next year.
You and the R18 look great, Kate! Perfect for the DGR! Good on you for participating, it really is a great cause. I rode in the Philadelphia ride in the States. Stay Dapper! 👍😃
A beautiful, fantastic and a great looking bike (R 18) with a beautiful rider. I don't know why but yellow suit, sunglass , with the helmet you looks so beautiful and cute.
Well done for taking part, I joined my local ride which raised a good chunk of change too. It's good that you called out the 'all the gear all the time' point too. It's weirdly absent from many DGR reports. As you say, once a year on a slow ride with others you can make the call, and that's up to you.
Great video Kate - what a proper great day for it! You and the bike meeting the brief perfectly, looking very distinguished. I missed our local event this year, but hoping to join it next year. Hope the weather is as good!
Nice footage of a great cause. And a top bike choice for the event ! Gotta love the R18. Luckily the cummerbund didn’t get caught in the exposed drive shaft !
Such a great cause and looks a ball. Inspired for next year. Super impressed you handled that R18 it’s a proper handful. Concentration face love it 😊 👍👍
Hi Kate, did the DGR in tropical Northern part of Australia. It was a mild 6 deg C and finally got to 13deg C. Wind warning of 80K. The company of riders was great. The newbies were not dressed with thermals and suffered with snotty noses. Great modded bikes. Great to see enthusiasm for the major ailment of men.
Another super vlog Kate. I rode the West Sussex DGR this year and I have to say it was the best charity ride i have ridden in many a year. This year we raised a total of over £36,000, which is amazing. And, yes, I spotted you leaving the start. You were the dudette in the gold coat paddling her bike along the road 🤣🤣
You were easy to spot on the aerial shot, Kate. Along with the Great Wall of China, the R18 is visible from space in fact (I used to have one, so I'm allowed to say that)!
Look forward to this ride every year. So cool to be in Atlanta Ga and ride along with the rest of the world. The only group ride I do but damn it’s a big one.
Great video as always Kate and a big well done to everyone who participated, its such a worthy cause I've lost both parents and some close friends recently to the big C so its always on my mind, ill be taking part next year so may be see you there, on a side note to you or anyone interested there's always under armour that can be worn under your extreme dapper gear if you so wish or are have consiern for safety.
I think you could have been getting looks as well for looking like Rebecca Ferguson out of mission impossible film in that out fit and the head wear. Great video great look.
That bike really suits you. There’s a mat green one at Rotherham looks lovely. There was two bikes leaving Sutton on Sunday for the event and the Indian bike looked good with tweed
Awesome Kate. Have you done Bike4Life? I will be doing DGR next time as just ordered an RE Int 650 as to keep my CBR650R company. That R18 is a beast. Great video as usual. 👏
I preferred the ride when they ended at Dukes92…but Phillip hosts such a great event. Not managed to do it since 2019 with working abroad but hope to do it again in 2025.
You looked sharp you made a good looking bike look better. Looks like a fun ride and for good causes. I’m a full face helmet rider but from the era of helmets were optional and even though I rode with a helmet most of the time (Bell Star) there was a sense of freedom riding without one somewhat like an open face helmet has.
I did my first ever DGR this year taking the missus as pillion on my speedmaster chrome edition, only her 3rd time on a bike so she did very well. I did the Cambridge ride from Royston to Ely and it was fantastic. Bike got a lot of attention too, probably due to the missus being on it haha 😂 May go to a different location next year, treat it as a mini break 😉

As the drone started to move forward that’s when you came out the parking lot & turned right.. I spotted you 🧐🥳
No front brakes at those slow speeds. No duck walking. Get your feet up, as you ride.
What a beautiful young lady on a beautiful bike supporting wonderful cause!❤❤
As someone who has had, and survived Prostate Cancer (8 years clear) I think this is a great event. Well done!!!!! & Thank you and all those involved
Isn't it a for-profit corporation, though? Wouldn't it be better to raise money for a cancer charity?

We had Police escort all throughout the DGR 2023 ride in Metuchen, NJ. flew threw all red lights and stop signs.
another good one Kate , we rode from Shoreham to Chichester stopping twice , 250+ riders, raised over £36000 !
I plan to take out the R18 for a test ride, lovely to see you on one. Great event, I was on the Bournemouth one, fantastic day out.
Very Distinguished Kate, nice vlog. See Mr Pye was on his favourite bike again 😎
