New sub ... loved this video. Living in the North East of England I really want to make a pilgrimage to the Bike Shed in London one day. Great video, mate! 👍
Freddy its very interesting how in the UK Harleys and Indians are allowed to ride in this London DGR event, yet In Australia they are not accepted, due to not fitting the style guide outlines, I asked to ride in the local event on my outstanding mint Electra glide and was told its not acceptable, borrow a friends cafe racer and give us a donation. Can you please explain why these two brands of bikes were accepted in this 2021 event?
That's such a good point because I almost did the DGR on tan Indian Dark Horse, but freaked out last minute as I wasn't sure it'd be allowed! When I arrived, there were plenty of Harleys and Indians and they were photographed a huge amount and generated lots of positive interest! I personally think there's no reason they shouldn't be allowed- they are modern classic styled bikes so tick the boxes in my mind. I did a poll on Instagram at the time: "Is an Indian Vintage Dark Horse eligible for the DGR?"... 60% of people said "it is".
@@FreddieDobbs Thanks Freddie for replying. One would think since this ride is about raising much needed awareness and funds for prostate cancer and mental health the organisation would open the doors to more brands, this would not only raise more, due to making the bike and passenger numbers so much larger. The bigger the event and ride the more interest main stream media would have in promotional broadcasting bites. Limiting to the bequest of branded sponsors is like putting a cap on entry, this won’t raise the very much needed donations.
Monica is the heart of the channel, Dobbs does a great job convincing my wife about the riding life
Thanks you and I'm delighted to hear it!:)

Thanks very much George, that means a lot!
Just don't get why you wouldn't film any bit of the ride???
Seems so far removed from my growing up experience with sports bikes. Looks fun though.
