when you're ready for a new sub setup, i definitely wouldnt recommend Kicker. I had a comp R 12", then upgraded to a Sundown SA-12 V2. 12" 1kW rms. 100% better in terms of sound quality, build quality and reliability. Kicker more of a mid range brand and can only do so much for you. Great video and sick setup tho man

I’m a kickers man tbh. I might rock with kickers for a lifetime but sundowns are great speakers. I just personally like kicker better in my opinion.

How do you like this subs? I want to try this for years, right now I run two sundown audio sa-8v2 in a Rockford fosgate power t1000bdcp, and I want more bass, I got this little 8” since new before the x8” came out , around 12 years ago

If you get 1 12 get the kicker solo X it’s gonna hit hard and it’s gonna sound like you got 2 or 3 12’s lol but I say you should do it. Subs enhances your music.
