Thank you for this video! I was just broke down on the highway in the middle of rush hour. Located the ETS fuse and I'm back on the road. Thank you again!
I had this EXACT problem on a 2005 Toyota Camry and the pedal to the flow was 1800 rpm BEFORE the fix and 100% back to normal AFTER we replaced the fuse with the extra fuse that came with the Camry. Thanks for such a great video!
Had the same issue Nissan Sylphy, that fuse was constantly being blown after replacement, some dude told me it was my ECM causing the problem and took my ECM and work on it , no idea what he did to the ECM , everything now is ok.
I just had the same problem, but no blown fuse. After pulling fuses and reinserting the problem resolved. What's puzzling is that when it happened the day before it resolved itself after I checked the gas cap which was on crooked.
Mike M, I have had the same problem of an unresponsive accelerator pedal in 2 cars of different manufacturers. The first time it was in our 2006 Suzuki SX4. We were cruising on I-10 when suddenly our engine would only idle at 1100 RPM. We pulled into Buckees WAAY DOWN in Baytown, Texas to buy fuses and while looking at the fuseblock for a blown fuse, a man told us to "switch those two in the fuse block" which fixed it. Two days ago driving, our 2005 Corolla, the same thing happened again; car only going 16 MPH the 3 miles home. I checked the fuses, found all O.K. but afterward pedal ALL FIXED!!. Plugged in the cheepo OBD tool and it showed 3 faults all referring to "electronic throttle system." "Erased faults" and BONUS; it extinguished the "check engine" light!! I am understandably pleased that I stumbled upon an easy fix for a problem that my mechanic couldn't figure. I am, however quite mystified by WHY ON EARTH removing a fuse and NOT replacing it with a new one should fix this problem. If anybody can explain this seemingly arcane treatment for this vexing problem, I would very much appreciate it!!
Just recently which I mean today I had to get a battery replaced in my car to get to the mechanics I take to on a regular basis get it back start driving way all the sensors go off I'm right by the dealership that's my brand of car I take it in cuz there's no throttle next to none and I get the phone call saying they found the max airflow wasn't connected back on so now I don't have a job spent money on a battery and I'm paying more money so not entirely happy I'm going to see if I can get a free oil change out of this I did phone him up and tell him what they f***** up on and I keep my car in good condition yes I know it's cold outside but still non-excuse

i like your videos short simple straight to the point none of that clickbait bull..i have learned so much thanks
Forgot to check the amps going to the fuse to make sure there's no high amp causing it to blow...can't just replace the fuse and call it fixed.
Nice work mate. You are the best/nicest mechanic and do the right work from you heart not like the other mechanics 💯
I truly can't explain how helpful was that ❤️❤️

Thanks for this, I have changed the etcs fuse and the problem still persist. What could be the fault and the solution?

What about Tdi Alh engine ??? I have no response acc gas pedal
My 2009 corolla has the same issue. The throttle has refused to work, but I can't run diagnostics I don't have the tools. Should I change the fuse?
What fuse it get its power from
I had the same problem in a 2014 RAV4, the blown fuse seems to be related to jump starting after a dead battery.
This is very helpful... thanks!
Worked like a charm!
My exact problem, thanks so much for sharing
