You will need the flowing!
12 chicken wings ( I prefer small or medium size )
1 tbsp chop garlic
1 tbsp chop ginger
1 egg
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chicken stock base or msg
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
I/2 tsp sesame oil
I/3 cup flour
1/3 cornstarch
3 tbsp water

Oh my gosh, I wish I could cook a crispy wings like that, this looks so delicious! 😋 I will try to follow this recipe. I think the difference is the gas stove. Most common people in Canada use electric stove. 👍

You can ! But yeast better with fresh garlic and ginger

All purpose flour organ unbleached ! This is what I use in video.
Flour/constarch combo affects the crispness of the batter to answer ur question

This is much better than take out. They do not batter and deep fry at take out. They put taw chicken in fryer, fryer oil is seasoned i believe, and that is why you get that flavor
