NOTE, Chicken wings usually take 10-12 minutes to fry , depending on the size of the wings and the temperature of the oil, the oil should be around 350F that's (medium heat) 👉Here's the secret to perfect wings every time "Float + 1 minute" Wings sink when they first hit the fry oil. As they cook they begin to rise. When they are floating you know they are cooked. Then give them an extra 1 minute so the skin crisps a little more. Thank you for watching 😊❤ God Bless 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you for this delicious chicken wing recipe. I have tried for so long to fix my husband crispy chicken wings, and always fail. I really had given up but he found this recipe and I tried it today and it was so crispy and good, I almost cried. It was perfect. I don't usually comment on line about recipes, but his one is so worth my time. I now have a go to recipe that I know will turn out great. Thank you so much for sharing this, it made my husband so happy that I now can make a good chicken wing......and that makes me happy!
❤❤😮😮😊double fry , wonderful never thought 💭 ….adding corn starch then mixing it in marinade , all my life that brown paper bag and shake shake , mess mess was normal no mo no Mo no Mo 😂thanks for showing each step love 💕 love 💕 I got chicken legs gonna try this soon 🔜 Chicago 💋 USA 🇺🇸
Let me tell you a secret about frying those wings. Just wash them off and soak them in salt water for 20 minutes. Mix self rising flour half and half with all purpose. Strain the wings without drying them and go straight into the breading, then straight into the grease. Toss them in sauce, done. Try it.
@@ustand2186 I promise you it is, if you mix it like I said. I've been a fry guy for 20 years. I've breaded and fried everything every different which way over the years. Almost everything. Nothing is as crunchy as water breading. If you use only self rising instead of the mixture it'll be soft under the outside layer and thicker like Hooters. With my mixture it's just right to stick to the meat and be crispy with much less effort. Hey, friend, try it first before you criticize. I've done it your way and wasn't saying that it isn't good, just sharing an easier way to do the same thing. You should make a video of it. Wings at a restaurant are outrageous these days. You can go down on the self rising flour in the mixture to decrease the softness to your liking. I've found that 5050 is perfect for the deep fryer, especially if you are using peanut oil at 400. It only gets that one coating and it does better actually, because I don't dry them. They go straight from the brine to the dry breading, the straight into the oil for 8-9 minutes at 350. 7-8 minutes at 400 but you can't do 400 without peanut oil. Vegetable oil burns past 375.
I make my own self rising flour because I don't have the money to be buying all these different flours and they can be expensive too. Anywhoo, for every cup of self rising flour mix 1 cup plain flour, 1 1/2 tsps. baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt. Works for me every time
It totally is not necessary. You can't rinse salmonella from chicken. If anything, you are spreading it more throughout your kitchen through the spray of the water. Cooking it properly is the only way to kill the bacteria. Just a heads up.
😚❤❤My beautiful, wonderful love, your recipes are always wonderful, my love. Chicken wings are wonderful, delicious and delicious. A wonderful and unique way. Thank you, my love.
There used to be a time when the only season you needed was just salt & pepper..... But now there's a lot of overkill that tends to reduce the beautiful light golden brown color.
I had some Vietnamese friends on the Texas coast when I live there in the early 2000's they called that second recipe Vietnamese pizza . But they didn't have liver in it lots of bean sprouts though..

3:00 you already know it’s going to be good the moment the flour was mixed into the bowl to make a wet coating rather than a dry one. Yummehhhh 😋
You are right! Thank you so much 😊 ❤️
