In a few incarnations he has. In one Batman said to him that if everyone knew it then it wouldn’t make Riddler smart even if he was the one to tell it. In another he refused to believe that Bruce Wayne was Batman, similar to how they show it in Arkham Knight
The main problem with Batman identity is it doesn't matter. His villains know enough that exposing Bruce as the bat changes nothing aside from making him dig deeper into the darkside of humanity. Bruce is the mask, take that away and he's Thomas Wanes Batman. The darkest itteration who has no moral boundaries. It's self preservation on the villains part that keeps them from exposing Bruce. Joker not included because he just doesn't care, the bat is his only interest.
In Batman : Hush it is revealed that the Riddler had à brain cancer, which he cured in a Lazarus Pit. While in the pit, the Riddler deduced Batman's identity and tried to blackmail him. To which Batman answered that 1) if everyone knows, then knowing is uninteresting ; 2) if he tries to blackmail him again, then he would tell Ra's Al Ghul that the Riddler used one of his pits, thus signing his death warrant.
Scarecrow did in fact die in the Injustice storyline, as well as in Murphy's The White Knight along with The Riddler and Harvey Dent, who also died in Batman: Earth One
Oh, I liked the rivalry between Bane and Killer Croc! Tim Drake, aka Robin III, witnesses them fight and just tries not to get killed in the fallout. The biggies duke it out on brickwork in the sewer. Tim notes it could give way at any moment and narrates "uh, this wasn't exactly designed for heavyweight grudge matches..."
It’s funny how when you were talking about Scarecrow you meant movie adaptations but conveniently you haven’t done that for Crossbones who died in Civil War
@@eyeseer1 takes away the basic view of crossbones, crossbones is just supposed to be a street level guy who occasionally goes to global scale, he’s never supposed to be involved with the galactic or multiversal storylines. If He’s brought back through time travel or alternate universes would throw him into the big leagues where the heroes in play would easily defeat him.
I think the Earth blew up in a Dr Strange run. Didn't nearly every DC character die in Crisis on Infinity Earths? I don't think the Riddler had a plan for his universe getting eaten
Technically every marvel character made before 2012 died in marvel's comic deadpool kills the universe so juggernaut, crossbones, and kingpin should not be on the list.
Is everyone completely sure Kingpin doesn't have superpowers? Not even a less flashy version of Juggernaut's invulnerability? His muscle mass could make him a mutant (certainly more in line with real world mutations)
How long was this list supposed to be? Who got cut? Theres a super obvious audio cut when you introduce the list that skips the number that was about to be said

Smartest yes. But his compulsion to leave riddles that lead to him is what gets him caught. A regular kind of thing for people that intelligent. If he didn't have that OCD issue, Batman might never figure out a lot of his schemes.
Two-Face's blackmail file is a cool premise. Not sure it stands to scrutiny, though. For starters, Harvey Dent was always the gold standard of law & order. Makes sense that he'd put cases together on everyone. But why then not act on all of them? Was he defaced before he had the chance? If yes, we come to the coin-flip question. We basically get how he makes his moral decisions. But when is a choice important enough? Does he flip his coin if he sees a Greenpeace PSA asking for donations? If he has all this dirt on lowlifes that would put them away, what's he waiting for? Shouldn't he flip for each case? If no, what are his criteria for when it's time to toss the coin? If yes, why aren't half the hoods in jail already?

He died to become part of Task Force Z with Red Hood. He was killed during an attack on Arkham lead by Scarecrow. Then when he started to gain sentience again, Red Hood killed him a second time. Poor Bane...
This should really specify that the villains didn't die in their respective main comic stories. Crossbones and Fisk have died _various different ways_ in side stories from Marvel, and I can tell you _everyone_ has died at least once in DC's stories. (I point most recently to DCeased, which is technically the anti-life equation creating zombies, but it still counts)

If adaptations count we watch (and play?) those too. Then say someone calls us out on a technicality. Maybe we say Sam & Twitch never died, then a fan tells us Sam showed the signs of clinical death in issue XYZ. (I'm giving hypotheticals, here. I don't know much about Spawn, and that's the point.) Can't prove a negative! Basically, it's more like 7 Supervillains Who've Never Died That We've Read About and Recall...Scouts' Honor! Tell us in the comments below if one of them died in L.o.t.D.K. #656 and we missed it, but we're not going to do anything about it because the video's already out .

Well Scarecrow didn't die in Injustice. He was alive in the comics in Year 4 so it's assumed he was near death before recovering.
