He is the only repair technician that I have come across to perform quality repair service for the money. Honest and no ripping off. In my 10 years of owning cars, I have dealt with many garages like Halfords, Kwik fit, dealers, independent but they all seem to be lying piece of **** and cunning crooks trying to rip you off with half ass repair jobs that break shortly after or repair the problem and break something else. Why I can confidently vouch for Kevin is because today its nearly 2 years after my clutch replacement which there is a video log in his channel as well, and there is not a tiny issue with the clutch and I am not very kind on the clutch pedal as well. It was a great value repair for the money spent. If there is another clutch repair I know exactly who to call.
Lord all mighty, saved by Kevin from this soccer frenzy on TV . Now I can relax with a jar of peanuts and just watch broken things come a part and put back in the best preformance way possible. Thank you Kevin. Hope you have the best och free time off work possible.
Wouldn't like to be a mechanic working on modern cars , the amount of parts you have to remove just to replace a clutch , big respect to him , the guy is a genius ,
Good call taking driveshaft flange off on Polo.. i remember last year a Seat one getting stuck on block and driving me mad....😂 Last week had a Nissan Juke 4x4 here...3 times embrague wrong...Aisin and Valeo...not a common car ive seen before .
Good job boss. First one gave you a taste of rust that we are used to here lol. Most cars are like that or worse most of the time for us in the northeast side of the US. Simple bolts that just won't come off sometimes just takes more time.
somewhere on your last few videos you say you will answer technical questions on a ‘superchat’. Happy to donate on your paypal but not sure how It works on ‘superchat’. My question is clear and straightforward, no rambling but would help me go forward or wave a white flag and consign my wee megane to the scrapper. Megane cabriolet, 1.6, log book says Mk1 2003, Renault forum says its a Mk2 ? Has a cable clutch. Driveshafts out, oil out, transmission off and on a sling from a hoist. I can see the clutch, get the flat of my hand on it but no chance of getting any further space as Im at my limit with the subframe. Subframe is all one pic, laminated sheet, tack welded together. So going to bite the bullet and tackle lowering the frame and asked relevant questions on the Renault owners forum which Ive been on for a decade or more. Been told by the resident expert that, for my car, at 2003, the engine and transmission have to come out to change the clutch. So my question is Kevin, is that an absolute , can I not get this done on the ground by dropping all or some of this subframe or is it simply Renault being strict about how they would deal with this in the workshop. Spoke to a local mechanic before I started this and he said he’d do it for me but he’d cut my subframe then weld it 😱. I’m in the sticks so not possible to get this to a city garage or to pay city garage prices to lift the engine out. If you can answer me either way Kevin Im happy to donate on your paypal and I’ll either persevere or know to give up.
Send it via email .., because a dialogue on the UA-cam forum might get a bit difficult. I don’t see any answers to my comments. williamsmechanic@gmail.com

Le dos va bien. Toutes les articulations et les genoux vont bien. J'ai construit cette entreprise prospère pendant que j'étudiais. Croyez-le ou non, je suis encore étudiant. Je vais obtenir mon diplôme l'année prochaine.
Top notch as always Kevin. When you remove a driveshaft from the gearbox end do you need to replace any clips (circlips) or do you just drive it home again and it'll retain itself, cheers

Nice job 👍👍👍
Kevin no better man on you tube can do clutches like you
As regards the Minis , it always seems to be case of taking the car off the clutch , rather that taking the clutch out the car!!
Good work 👍
