Hey Peter!! How ya doing fella? I thought you would go with this type of colour..... this will work an absolute treat on that gorgeous capri shell, especially with the black bonnet and spoiler. Very retro mate! 👌 Starting to get to that time of year when it's becoming too cold and damp for painting unfortunately, I really don't like the winter! Luckily I managed to get a couple of bodies done at the start of the month (Astute and a beetle) whilst we still had our Indian summer running things! The Tamiya paints really work well.... but they are very expensive and don't go very far, I'm yet to get more than one body per can! Can't wait to see this thing done and detailed, should look sweet bud. 👍 👍 👍

Hi Bob 👋 In the 1970's, the boy-racers would paint the bonnet (hood) of their car in black to give it a kind of a racing car look and that is the sort of 70's vibe that I am going with for this bodyshell. The decals that I have chosen for it should make it fit in quite nicely 👌
Hello peter,after seeing you with stokze and seeing what you do with the rc cars,its awesome.i have a team losi xxx nt,the drake edition.i know its an old thing as was made over 20 years ago.mine is immaculate and although its been very well looked after its not been started in over 10 years..what would you suggest in me do in getting it started and running again?..before i loose intrest in it again as it seems to be a shelf item at the moment.
The 2 kits I made for Marcus were donated to his channel from my channel. The shells are available from Kamtec Modelsport's to purchase for yourself or I can build you a kit like Marcus's for £150 all in.
