Thank you for bringing back the heartbeat intro music. Sounds awesome. Your tutorial on dolphin kicking initiating from the chest is very helpful. I've been working on my ankle flexibility for 3 years since watching your videos years back.
Hi from England. I have always been a swimmer, but never been able to do this. Ime 70 next month and my challenge is to be able to master this by then.
Oh my gosh this made my life so eaasyyyyy thank you so muuuchhhh ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ i low key am squealing with happiness seeing how I found myself an awesome treasure trove of a channel for swimming videos!!❤❤❤
Best explanation to do dolphin kick, ever!!❤ Thank you very much for the simple explanation. You have yourself a new subscriber!!😊❤ PS. I loved the addition of the missus at the end. Peace and love ❤
Thanks for the tutorial. I wonder why I've difficulty keeping some distance from the bottom of the pool. I constatly land on the surface just before finishing the 23m lap. How can I correct that?
Are you saying you are having trouble staying under the water? If yes, try angling your arms more towards the bottom when in streamline position kicking…
Thanks for your reply, what I wanted to say is that my chest is stuck to the surface at some point that I can't kick or correctly navigate under water with dolphine kick.
Do you mean simply how to dive into a pool or how to dive for a race? We could definitely do this! Are you subscribed to the channel? If yes which video brought you here?
Does anyone have any tips about conserving your momentum while dolphin kicking? I feel as though I tend to slightly slow down the longer I kick. Moreover, is the core movement driven primarily by your hips or your chest? Thank you!
The simply answer is to just increase your swim fitness so that you can keep that momentum going as usually fatigue is the main reason the form goes downhill....the movement is initiated by the chest and everything else follows 👊
Actually- the dryland is helpful- once I extend my arms, my shoulders and neck get really stiff- my body is pivoting in a "V" shape and it needs to be more of an "S" flow
@@siskatrainingsystems Wearing barefoot shoes and using wide toe boxes at any occasion makes your kick fast, cause your toes are spread in a natural v-shape and not in a valgus position of big toe. Marginal gains - but that is what matters nowadays...
1:52 I laughed myself out loud when he's doing the dryland motion for the dolphin kick
Hey now , let's keep our mind on swimming 👊

Yes just try to angle the arms downwards, that should help

Lol my ankles have zero flexibility. Maybe I will try with fins
Try those stretches as well, really helps if done consistently 💪
Far better fins available. Arena or TYR with toe freedom and aligned big toe
Those are good fins, but are they as fast?
