    These shorts are the best! I would like to see this for all the individual DBT skills. It's hard to remember how exactly to use the skills when I'm very dysregulated. And this literally walks you through it in a minute or so. Seems like you could actually practice it along to this short. Anyway, thank you for all that you do for us. ❤❤

    This is exactly what im going through right now "are they ghosting me do they not want me anymore " but imma plan what to do may be read a book ...after writting down my feelings or im actually doing it right now 😂 im getting better but i was feeling really sad and they usually tell me i dont deserve to be inflicted by my thoughts... im getting out of bed now it 2am but lemme go organise my room so i live in the moment not in my head
