I can’t thank you enough. I know now how the external obliques and the QL are located with respect to one another, which will help me greatly with my rehabilitation plan. Very clear pictures.

Finally someone that makes videos with the movements that each muscle perform, in a simple way very easy to remember . I am a believer that the less info You put the more the brain retains, then once is integrated in your memory then go put q little more. So I want to thank You for your great work on your educational videos. I had a great teacher that always said " I Will teach You using Penny words, once You get the concept You can learn the complicated Words," and this is how I feel with your videos , I look for muscles movements and couldnt find nothing that satisfies me until find yours.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for your feedback,.. my day hasn’t even really started and you ve already made it😀. I will continue to make vids like this, and I will remember your Train of thoughts while making them. I really like what your teacher said, thank you so much for sharing! stay healthy!

These videos are very useful for those learning anatomy, particularly to learn the different function and movements. I struggle with visulaising these, particularly with muscles that have many different movements for anterior and posterior fibres etc. I am currently learning shoulder muscles and look forward to seeing videos on the shoulder.

thank you for your feedback! glad you find the videos useful! shoulders will definitely come later this year,.. next is spine then chest and then shoulders! hang in there and stay healthy!

DANKE!

I watch these very simple and amazing videos to visualise the muscle and action.

Excellent. Do you have one or more videos on the lower back muscles? I usually feel muscle knots in my lower back. I need to focus on that area and get rid of the coiled up muscles/tendons as they create alot of pain. BTW, I sit 🪑 for 9-10 hours per day.

Hello! I love your videos! Is it too much to ask for ranges of motion in degrees that go with primary movers? It really helps when we need to enlighten people we train at the gym to reduce risks of injury from over-flexion/ extension/ hyper-extension/ rotation/ lateral bends. Thank You! Great work! Keep it up! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
