It should have it maybe verify your game or reinstall it then browse local files but to be honest I don't think it does anything I just get this from other pvp players.

Could be your windows calibration settings or monitor you need to turn up your brightness from there go to your system/display scroll down to click advance display then click on where it say display adapter properties for whatever display, color management, and then advance, display calibration. You go through the slideshows until you're greeted with the brightness setting.

Are you pressing Alt+Z at the same time and have you enabled Nvidia overlay in your G Force Experience software?

Reshade for AMD yes but it'll take a lot of messing around to find the right look for you.
