Ok the table was strong as heck to withstand all that abuse and not fall apart. 10/10 product review on the table, 0.5/10 on the safes lol
I want to say that is a cheap Coleman folding table they are plastic tops and the legs are metal they weigh like 6 pounds and we have one I would not think it would take a beating
@@crowbrocaw I think it's a Coleman table top on a stack of cinderblocks at this point.
Edit: Holy fuck it isn't, what kind of devil fuckery is this Tyler?
This is nuts, only like my 5 comment on a video and its like got soo many likes, its insane lol
Stronger than my relationships
Mans got that Phil Swift table😂‼️
Imagine breaking into someone’s home, stealing their safe, breaking open the safe.. only to find a note that says secret stuff 😂
And on that day I would find a new job 😂😂
And let’s just note that durning that 18 mins police would’ve been their already arresting him cause 18 mins is a lot of time and police on average take 10 mins to get to on the scene
@@VegitoSquad That's why you steal the safe.
To be honest I’m just gonna buy a safe as a distraction in case that happens
And with shitty handwriting that basically reads "secret stuxf"
Can we all just take a moment to appreciate how strong that table is.
its the flex tape on the table
I was just thinking about this same thing
No
Next video how long till I break my table
Give it to Kentucky ballistics and it wont last a video.
They should just make a safe out of the table you were using. It took a pounding!
GIGGITY 😂
Using that metric they should also make the safe out of your mom.
You should go full Lockpickinglawyer and get a Ramset gun.

@@TheOneAndOnlyRandy that's not an actual security safe. It's a fire safe. They're just supposed to be crush resistant and fire proof. The inside of the safe won't get very hot while in a fire up to a certain time thus keeping important documents safe from disaster. ^.^

He stole the safes for the video lol
@@GamingBallz yes probably lol
That's what I said lol and it's his neighbors
Hello, this is the lock picking lawyer and today we are going to be cracking into this safe with a war hammer
It would be the war hammer that him and Bosnian Bill worked on.
@@i_am_board_games Lol I love how he brings that up every single time he pulls that tool out!
Who needs a Warhammer when you put the Dragonborn in the biggest safe possible and he'd get free like he was merely buttering toast
Funny cuz i just watched him right before this
@Malachi I read this comment and I will admit that in my head I did so in his voice lol
as my Grandpa taught me "A lock only keeps an Honest man out"
My Dad told me once NEVER to use movable safe to store valuables, even fire safes. I remember asking him why and he told me it was because a thief would not bother to break into the safe; the thief would most likely steal the whole safe and break into it later.
Your grandpa is LockpickingLawyer
That’s only true if you buy a lousy safe...
Good luck trying to open a certified safe with those tools.
not necessarily. a lock also makes you less tantalizing to a dishonest man, who can find an easier mark somewhere else
@HollyT
There’s a German classic video lol, a company sent advertisements for their safes to a TV channel and claimed that the products of the other companies are all lousy, calling the competitors „Kuchenblechmafia“ (cake tin mafia).
When the reporters visited them they tried to open a safe of the „cake tin mafia“, needless to say despite the boss claiming that they would open it very quick they worked for more than five hours and still hadn’t managed to get into it when the reporters decided to leave as the mood was getting bad lol.
ua-cam.com/video/PVhYhLQ4Y64/v-deo.html
If you buy good safes or locks they will be very difficulty to open, if you buy cheap crap or stuff that is first and foremost only meant to protect documents from fire or water then of course it will suck.

@@cookiemonster-ky9ru I know but I just like to say his famous line
Not sure if anyone mentioned it but safes are meant to be attached to something. So one would have to work with the space and angle constraints of the installation. They also can't take breaks to get more tools if a small pry bar isn't enough.
Anyway, thank you! I lost the key to my safe and I'm off to buy a small slegdehammer and a pry bar.
Someone's been watching LockPicking Lawyer!
Has he? He is doing brute force, LPL would have popped the hinge or worked the combo with a piece of metal from his RedBull.

Exactly ask demolition ranch where to get a safe I think he can help out
@@camcam-uw5mx right xD
No safe is totaly secure it can only slow people down. half the battle is not only how secure the safe is it's how heavy it is to move, how it is fixed to an imovable object (concrete floor/Brick wall) and how awkward it is to get at with tools.
@@wakey87 I was about to say the same thing he only tested for safes and a gun lock box which was the first one the first one is only meant to keep little fingers off of a handgun and any safe in time you'll get into in due time safes are only supposed to slow criminals down because they want to get in and out they don't want to sit there for even four minutes trying to get a safe open that's why they're meant to be bolted down and as of the last safe the Lock pins made of aluminum are meant to bend and disform to make it more hard to get into and the reason why the door didn't come off is because there's a kicker plate on the back of the hinge plate
@@wakey87 if your looking for something way more secure get a vault, it takes a insane amount of skill to open a vault no average thief would even attempt it after seeing the 3 and a half foot thick steel reinforced concrete vault
Tyler is gonna hear *click on one, two is binding* at his backdoor soon
"This is the Lockpicking Lawyer, and today we're going to pick whatever lock TylerTube has on his back door."
It'll take even less time to open than Tyler did to twist open the gun lockbox tbh, that man has magic fingers.
@@laynegrey2003 How do you know it's tylers garage? WHen you hear that crappy music he plays in his outro :D
I think the second and the third safes had some disadvantage. First of all, you had the ability to inspect the inside of them. Without it I'm pretty sure, it would take much more time to locate the weakspots, and destroy them. Also you had the advantage to move them around as you pleased. I think if these would be mounted into a wall that could be a different story. Also I think if people want to keep something safe, they wouldn't put their really valuable stuff into an Amazon Basic stuff. I mean, these safes can be good for like keeping your firearms safe from your children or something, but nothing more.

Actually there's a very good reason for that Sentry safe to have aluminum locking pins. Aluminum has a higher thermal expansion rate than steel, so the pins will expand into the steel in case of a fire, making it seal shut tighter. Fire safes really are theft protection second, fireproofing first.
aluminum also has a much much lower melting point though.
@@sirpiken Yes, but a house fire typically burns at 100°F less than aluminum's melting point.

How about dipping a lock in liquid nitrogen and seeing how easy it is so break?
You say you want to know how hard it is to break into a safe. What I want to know is, WHAT are you planning?! 😂
He knows where you live.
12:04 is the funniest part 😂 just seeing him wack it🤣
You have to take into account what the use for the safes will be. I personally own the last one, not for keeping people out but for the fire protection rating and keeping documents protected in a fire.
One of my favorite videos you've done. Please do more of these. Very informative. Thanks!
Watching this for reasearch purposes 👀👀
I used to sell gun safes for Cabela’s.
The highest end gun safe safe any big box store sells has the same UL security rating as the cheapest- “residential security container” designed to resist one man with a 3 foot pry bar and a 1 pound claw hammer hammer for 5 minutes. Those are the only tools allowed for that test. You can get in faster just cutting the side off with a circular saw.
Safes are the illusion of security. If bad guys know where your stuff is and they have an hour or two, they will get it.
Best to not let anyone know you have anything good, and make it difficult to find.
This reminds me of something my father taught me many years ago. Locks are there to keep honest people honest.
Good thing your an Amazon prime member lol free returns under "item defective or doesn't work" great video bro!
The first safe is just meant to keep your children away from your pistol. Good video!

I’m glad you posted this cause I’ve been shopping for a new one lol
Id like to see him try to brute force a liberty gun safe
There's a video of that here on YT. It takes 2 min 18 secs. I imagine longer if they could not roll it over on the floor.

I literally checked 1 year to 5 months old videos Tyler good job on the weight loss man hope you achieve your goal successfully 🤗🤗
Watch out Lock Picking Lawyer, TylerTube is coming for you.
Loved this video Would really like it if you did another one with different safes
The small safe is for a pistol and to keep it away from children. Image the last safe anchored in the wall and set back 4" where it's hard to get easy access to the hinge
The more securely it's fixed the leverage you can get. Restricting access would help but ... my neighbour has video of a drug addict braking his safe with a screwdriver in 17 secs. They probably learn from youtube :-)
This channel is the mythbusters of UA-cam, just without the scientific method and is just to have dumb fun with random shit
This is like scuffed lock picking lawyer

Most of the Amazon basics run the exact same locking mechanism, it sucks its weak and sure not pick proof

Tyler at 12:05 : Hold my war hammer
New Video Title: Amazon Basic safes are easier to crack into than others.
I can imagine his neighbors hear all this commotion and either think, "Wtf is he doing?!" or "Tyler must be making another video!"
It's easier to open a safe when you can move it around and turn it on it's side and whatnot. In real circumstances, safes like these would be bolted to the floor in the corner of a closet or something. Much harder to open when you can't move it around
Flexible table absorbs a lot of the energy/force you’re trying to put into the safe. Working on the cinderblock- or better, a concrete floor, will make what you’re doing much more effective efficient.
Hey guys lockpickinglawyer here back again with another video where today were gunna be breaking Into safes! With sheer brute force by ripping them apart with the power of god and my fists! Lol
Man, whatever scrap yard he take all these to is probably gona give him some funny looks.
“I’ve been destroying things my whole life.”
That table was a trooper
Realistically, the theif wouldnt know the interiors of the safes
Now they do.
I was thinking that but they could search it up. It's mostly self-explanatory anyways.
depends on the thief
I love this guy, feels like I’ve been watching him forever
I was half expecting the 5th safe to be him just robbing a bank and recording him bludgeoning a bank safe while telling us “this one is pretty strong”
The table was absorbing a lot of that energy I'm only 4 minutes into the video so I don't know if you know this yet but if you put the safe on the ground it would be much more effective for your tools you're blunt force tools that is. New subscriber here I know this is an old video just binge-watching so far very entertaining good job Tyler
The Lockpicking Lawyer would of opened all these in 5 seconds without destroying them. lol
"I'll be using the tool Bosnian Bill and I made..." *pulls out war hammer*

That Table is stronger than them safes lol. That Table has no give. 😂
oh wow, ive never been this early to tyler tubes video :D
Same, lol
My godmother's brother died some years ago, and my godmother asked me to help her with all of his stuff. We did a lot of cleaning, organizing, dumping and stuff...
Among his possessions was a safe very similar to the Amazon Basics safe your video started with. My godmother said she and her friends could not open it and she never found a key or code for it.
Now, I AM a very big and strong man and I literally train for strongman. I told her I could take a look at it, and as soon as she handed it over to me, I noticed it felt kinda flimsy... So I just grabbed a hold of it and literally ripped it open. I twisted some metal part holding it shut and literally destroyed the damn thing. I immediately handed it back and said "yeah, got it". I loved the look she had on her face...
Inside of the box were important documents, including bank stuff my godmother actually really needed to find!
I'm surprised that plastic table withstood all those blows.
That table is a beast
Please do a collab with lock picking lawyer lol. Best entry specialist on UA-cam.
You answer all the questions I never knew I had.
LockPickingLawyer sips redbull and chuckles. Opens all 5 safes while Tyler does his sponsor portion.
Importantly, what we have learned here, is if you bolt your safe down it's even LESS secure because it would take the full brunt of a hammer impact. They should start making safe hinges out of the material the table is made of.
This doesn't really show how easy/hard it is to break into different kinds of safes, just different sizes of the Amazon Basic safe.
They're slightly altered styles. Plus, I don't know if you noticed, but Tyler isn't exactly an "expanded" tester.
Trying to force your way into something on a surface that flexes and moves, yeah 😂😂😂
Now lets see you break into an actual TLTR rated safe instead of these sheet metal lockboxes. Would recommend AmSec or Gardall to start with.
Easy. I broke one open with a pocket knife and and some duct tape.
Only takes a screwdriver. I'll suggest to my neighbour to upload the video of the druggy who broke into his in 17 secs.
Tyler, this was great. Please keep doing this until you find the safe you're impressed by!
You need to rename the video “learning to speedrun opening safes”
We learned that we need more of these videos
Note to self, don’t get any Amazon Basics safes.

The forbidden lockpicking lawyer video
Moral of the video
DONT BUY AMAZON BASICS
I like that this video is just an indictment on Amazon brand safes
He would have a lot more success with that hammer if he used a more sturdy table. A table with less give in it will absorb a lot more of the impact.
@Sans Handlebars yeah I meant to include that in the OP.
Upvote this for Tyler to get himself a decent fixed workbench and a vice bolted to it.
I see Tyler doing drill reviews in the future👍💯
Okay yeah a loose safe where your free to move it anyway you please to get leverage, not impressed...now try a real world scenario where the safe is bolted to cement, encased in cement, or mounted in a wall thats reinforced where the only thing thats showing is the door. You say its not worth it for $180.00 but if thats in someones house and is properly installed what idiot is going to spend 20 minutes making all that noise to get into a safe. I think it did its job for that price. Also you had the ability to inspect the inside of the safe before hand, you knew where the weld spots were and the hinge maybe next time try to do it without knowing all of that.
This table has survived longer than all 3 of my dads marriages
I have safe 4 except the “fancy” version with thicker walls 3 bar thing to lock the door no spot welds and a thumb print scanner to open it
This is the video we have all been waiting for.... YEEESSSSSSSS!!!!😝😝😍😍😯😯

Bosnian Bill just discussed safes today. The small ones like that typically have minimal protection. Maybe a 3 year old might have a problem with that lockbox. I'd like to see you open it with Tannerite. Most of those lockboxes have major faults and Bosnian Bill has done numerous videos on them.
