- Hi everyone here is our latest dent repair video on a 2023 Tesla Model Y tailgate.
This is very common damage on these models, the bodyline sits out the furthest on the panel so it gets hit first from other objects.
I’ve repaired a lot of these dents so it’s time there was a video for it!
In the video you’ll see the step by step repair process, tools used and we get access to the back of the dent.

This particular repair all the pressure was locked into the bodyline, so pulling this wouldn’t have had much affect.
But I have done many of these dents where I have pullled them to start with, then finished them from the back of the panel, it all depends what the particular dent is like 👍
