Well hot damn. Speaking of this, I commented on the Popular Monster video about this. The Lost Battalion is amazing, I went on about a thought with the drums on the before mentioned video. These are great. Sabaton is an amazing group of mates

Yeah, if you want to see Joakim as his usual ball of energy self, Ghost Division live, either at Woodstock or The Great Tour would be a good choice.
@@maximumentertainment4414 40:1 live in Poland. It will be from their biggest concert ever... I will let you read the comments there as to how many people were there. Sabaton makes songs intentionally to sing along with, and the audience almost always is involved. Also, they are supremely flexible musically. Once you have practice you can identify the song by the first 10 seconds.

What I love about this band. Is I think on the great tour they were trying to spice up a song. And joakim said he should shoot a bazooka at hannes tank. 24 hours later. He had a bazooka hahahah
You can see it in night witches and in a version of the lion of the north. Could be living about both. Could be trying to get you to react to both. Hahha
I actually enjoy a reactor that stop the video, if there is something to tell, i think i might missed a few thing myself in this song, like why did i like that transition, and with your help i figure out, ohhh its that fsdt rhytm thrown in just before the solo that makes it so brilliant, so its always cool when a reactor got that kind of stuff on hes mind, that he share it to the subs:)

I have been on a Sabaton kick since this, such a great band! I suggest Blood of Bannockburn, that song will get you moving!
If you want instruments “whaling” in a Sabaton song then I recommend Angels calling ft. Apocalyptica. The solo in that song is just great
Great reaction!🤘 All members in Sabaton are so freakin' great musicians!💪 Very high level. 🤩 This show was at the Wembley Arena in London. Sold out concert! I was at their show in Oslo that same year. When you buy a ticket for a Sabaton concert, you buy yourself happiness!
I recommend you to check out their official music video for "Lion from the North". It's the studio version, but with footage from the Great Tour. A lot of cool stuff going on and the song is a banger!🤘
I´ve seen the live 4 times in Sweden, and one thing that has stuck itself in my mind is that You just cannot get enough of their music, the energy and also love the share for each concert !
Joakim´s unique voice and stage-presence is somehow vibing down to the crowd. You have to be there to appreciate it properly for sure
Can You do a reaction video to their concert in Gothemburg when they perform "En livstid i Krig" ? That is one of the most epic concert moments in modern time... :)

Sabaton is a Swedish band that writes and sings about Actual historic events, battles, moments of heroism and wars, but hey don't glorify war whatsoever.
They will be releasing their 10th studio album on March 4th 2022.
Nice thing about them is that their video's never blocked so it's UA-cam safe. (except for some Wacken video's that gets blocked by Wacken)

Sabaton runs a backing track for the symphonic instrumentation. Just like Nightwish. The drummer is Floor Jansen's husband, Hannes Van Dahl. All of Sabaton's music is epic and anthemic style. All based on famous military events. This allows them to perform at least one song that is patriotic and emotional moving for each country. He is wearing a mic inside of his gas mask. You are talking about a "pinched harmonic" on the guitar.
This song is about a famous Polish battle from WWI at Osowiec Fortress, on August 6, 1915. The incident got its name from the bloodied, zombie-like appearance of the Russian combatants after they were bombarded with a mixture of poison gases, chlorine and bromine, by the Germans.

I have seen Sabaton grow from a support band to this. I already saw them in 2009. I went to a Dragonforce concert in Amsterdam and Sabaton was the support band. And in the past 12 years I saw Sabaton at least 8 times live. In Belgium they have a festival called Graspop Metal Meeting and every 2 years Sabaton was there. I am a huge Sabaton fan.
Can your next song be Dynazty - Firesign, please? They are also from Sweden.

Fuck Yeah!! The only Dynazty song I know and like is Waterfall so for sure, but I have to do some other songs on the listvfirst.
Studio vs live performances can be all over the place. Some are worse, some are the same, some are better. Sabotan is on the better side with Volbeat and Nightwish.

I saw one of the concerts on this tour, just before covid hit. My first metal concert, it was out of this world! Joakim, the singer of Sabaton, is a beast, like in this song for example he wears that heavy thing on his back and wears that mask and still manages to sing (I do think he is mic'd up in there) and walk around at the same time. He does a lot of running around and he never takes a break really, and he's very much a storyteller. The energy of the whole band was amazing, it was in short one of the best experiences of my life. There was not a dull moment during the entire concert, they are amazing live. I highly recommend seeing them if you ever get the chance.
Also, if I may recommend and if you haven't yet seen it, a lifetime of war or "en livstid i krig" performance from this tour on Sabatons YT channel. That is a magical music moment.

Has been some time sjince i listened to the "only sabaton" version the last time. You should check out the live concert in moscow from the same tour. they brought a russian musician and youtuber called "radio tapok" on stage. he covered and translated this song and a couple of other sabaton songs in russian and it´s awesome.

First time i noticed it i blew the speaker 🤦♂️ i cant hear it on my headset so you need to plug in proper speakers and its loud and deep behind the music if that makes sence.
