Hi Nat just unboxed one of these but the pump doesn’t push the water up thru the flower. Do I need a new pump?

If the pump is working, you just need to jiggle the top piece around until it lines up properly with the pump at the bottom .

Followed the tutorial but still didn't work after both flooding the kitchen and no success in getting the fountain to work. As a Plummer I think I may have acquired a faulty one.
