    Hello, I want to log into my account, but I cannot. I do not remember well the personal information I entered. I have been trying to log in for a week, but I was unable. I called the support number, and they do not respond to the call. Please help.

It saying to fill a reinstatement form which I have filled day before yesterday but did not get reply till now.. please help... It's for personal use

      Look in my Microsoft rewards account, I was about to redeem my rewards and it told me that I wanted my location rejected and it no longer lets me redeem my rewards.
