@IqbalBakht Fantastic , Now we are talking. And now you've shown your true color.
So, if you went to Google to learn about the Indus Valley Civilisation or Hindu Civilisation, you must know it extended from Mohanjo Daro (Pakistan) to Somnath and Lothal (India). Secondly, the Indus Valley Civilisation is 5000 years old, compared to Pakistan's 76-year history. So it means you are confessing that you are a Hindu, and in that case, as you guys say in Pakistan, you are my Biradar because you are Hindu. But if you say you have the Mughal lineage, then my dear Mughals came to India in 1526; in that case, you do not belong to the Indus or Hindu civilization. So, mere lakht-e-jigar, please decide your origin. But anyway, leave it, as the entire Pakistan is confused about who they belong to. Sometimes you think Khilji is your forefather, sometimes you think Mughals are your daddy, and sometimes you import it from Turkey, which is Ertugrul.
Finally, India consists of 28 states and 8 Union territories, so being Indian doesn't necessarily mean that everybody is from Bihar. I would be proud if I were a Bihari ( BTW which I am not) because "Ek Bihari sab par bhaari."
As a final history lesson: during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1965, the 7 Bihar Regiment captured Bedori, paving the way for the capture of Haji Pir Pass.
So dear logically this discussion ends here but as you are Pakistani so I am sure now you will start Gali-Galuj ,illogical and demeaning thigs. Just like your Pakistani media who was crying today after India won world cup. OVER AND OUT. And get well soon.

You are right, we shouldn't collect the curses of others, and if poor people are asking for a few things, they should be given some. People in our country don't like to give guidance to others for their career path, business, or any help such as providing job opportunities. Help can be given in many ways, such as providing job opportunities, and offering guidance about work or education.

No man, India was not born in 3102 BCE, but the Kali Yuga era began on that date in Hindu reckoning.
The Kali Yuga era began on February 17 or 18, 3102 BCE, according to Puranic sources.
India became a free nation on August 15, 1947, when the Indian Independence Act came into effect. This ended 300 years of British colonial rule and established India and Pakistan as separate countries. India celebrates its independence on August 15th every year.
India became a republic on January 26, 1950, when the Constitution was adopted. This day is celebrated as Republic Day in India.
However, some say that the date of 3102 BCE is a misinterpretation of a reference used by astronomer Aryabhatta. They say that the date has no historical meaning in India's history, and that archaeological evidence and the Puranas support this.

What has the concept of environmental conservation got to do with mother-daughter relationship? A lot, in fact, if the state happens to be Uttarakhand, which has witnessed an “environmental turnaround” in the past some years, thanks to a unique green campaign inspired solely by the beautiful bond between a mother and daughter.
Maiti Andolan, a green movement, which that has been named after mait-a term married Pahari girls in the region use for their mother’s home-has not just brought about a “massive ecological turnaround” in the central Himalayan region (Uttarakhand). This unique campaign has also ignited green consciousness among the locals besides doing away with some vain traditions prevailing in Uttarakhand’s hill society. “Significantly, the movement launched in 1995 from Gwaldam, a tiny village in the picturesque Garhwal hills, has also proved to be a boon for girls from poor families as it also helps generate funds for their marriage,” says the progenitor of the Maiti Andolan, Dr Kalyan Singh Rawat, now in his late fifties.
According to him, the uniqueness of this green movement lies in its being basically a socio-environmental campaign, which has now come to be identified with girls’ wedding ceremony or kanyadan. “Now, no kanyadan in Uttarakhand, especially in its hilly areas, is considered complete until the bride and the bridegroom plant a tree sapling during their marriage ceremony either in the premises of the home (mait) of the bride’s mother or somewhere in her parental village depending on the space available,” says Rawat. “It is owing to this deep bond that mothers and daughters share in the pahari (hill) society that the maitis (members of the mother’s home) ensure that the tree sapling planted during kanyadan gets proper care after the girl’s marriage, thus making the Maiti Andolan a successful green campaign,” he points out.
Interestingly, this unique socio-environmental movement that came into existence with the planting of just one tree sapling 16 years ago has now started getting popular in some foreign countries as well, having spread through Uttarakhand’s as many as 6000 villages besides eight other states. These states are namely Gujarat, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, West Bengal and Maharashtra.
“This widespread popularity of the Maiti Andolan shows that it has touched a responsive chord among the people both within the country and abroad,” says Dr Rawat, a teacher-turned-scientist adding, that its wider appeal lay in that beautiful mother-daughter relationship, which had inspired it.
“This bond is extraordinarily deeper than that in other places because women being the prime movers of Uttarakhand’s hill economy have to lead a very tough life and their daughters give them full support,” Dr Rawat points out. “Until their marriage, daughters stand literally shoulder to shoulder with their mothers in the latter’s everyday battle to feed their family and meet its requirements. They (daughters) share all kinds of drudgeries their mothers have to undergo while toiling hard in the small, terraced fields to grow millets etc and trekking miles to fetch potable water and head loads of fodder and fuel wood,” he said.
So, for hill women the pain of being parted from such truly helpful daughters after the latter’s marriage is unbearably profound and the bond between them keeps becoming stronger and stronger, according to Rawat. “So, mothers naturally ensure that the saplings planted by their married daughters remain well protected and grow into leafy trees,” he informs.
No wonder, the massive planting of saplings undertaken in the region during the last 16 years as part of the Maiti Andolan “resulted in a number of barren patches of hills and valleys being covered with lush green forests”. That, according to activists, not only improved the environment in the ecologically fragile central Himalayan region (currently bearing the brunt of both global warming and unbridled urbanisation) but also gave much-needed boost to its forest-dependent pastoral economy. Initially, the tree-planting drive undertaken as part of the green campaign had laid emphasis only on growing non-fruit-bearing trees but soon villagers also started growing fruit-bearing trees and fodder trees in their neighbuorhood so that they and their families could have nutritive diet besides getting ample fodder for the cattle.
A number of forest patches that can be seen dotting the region’s hilly landscape are a mute testimony to the ecological transformation brought about by the Maiti movement. Nanda Maiti Van, a forest patch at Nanda Sain in Chamoli is, for instance, ‘the biggest forest’ developed by the people since the green movement has started. Spread over about a sprawling five-acre area this green patch of forest is on the Nanda Devi Rajjath pilgrimage route. The pilgrimage is organised after a gap of 12 years to give a warm send-off to Goddess Nanda Devi-also known as the presiding deity of Uttarakhand, whom the hill people also treat as their own daughter. Similarly, Shaurya (bravery) Van, a forest at Badhangarhi in Gwaldam is also a gift of the Maiti movement. This forest is dedicated to the memory of the martyrs of the Kargil war, and is spread over about a three-hectare hilly area.
However, the Maiti movement is more than just a green campaign. Besides creating environmental awareness among the people, it has also proved itself to be a reform movement. The green campaign, for instance, has helped modify some of the vain social practices into traditions that have proved to be of practical use for Uttarakhand’s poor and marginalised hill society, according to activists. One such practice pertains to marriage. As part of this tradition sahelis (friends) of the bride tease the bridegroom by hiding his shoes after he takes them off to participate in rituals relating to the marriage ceremony. After the rituals are completed, the bridegroom requests the bride’s sahelis to return his shoes to which they initially do not agree. However, shoes are returned after they get a good amount of money from the bridegroom. “Girls would invariably waste that money despite the fact that most of them being from poor families,” says Dr Rawat. So, a system was put in place whereby girls in each village started creating a separate fund from the money they receive from the bridegrooms in lieu of returning the latter their shoes in marriage functions. Such groups are known as Maiti Sangathan or groups of girls. “There are now 6000 such groups in as many villages and each group is armed with a separate fund,” reveals an activist associated with the green campaign adding, “The money thus collected is used either in meeting the educational expenses of the girls from the poor families belonging to those 6000 villages, or in getting them married.”
Forty-year-old Saroj Pundir from Benuli, a remote village in Chamoli, is one such beneficiary of that scheme. “I got married about 16 years ago and my parents met all my marriage-related expenses from the funds of the Maiti Sangathan only,” says Pundir adding, “The group still has an amount of Rs 10,000 in its kitty which is used in meeting educational expenses of the poor girls belonging to our village.” Vidya Rawat of Barab, a village in Agastyamuni (Chamoli), who has been associated with the Maiti movement since 2000, says: “So far we have planted more than 20,000 trees (in the Agastyamuni area) most of which are fruit trees. Our group (Maiti Sangathan) has also organised marriages of about 150 girls from the poor families utilising the funds we have been collecting on a regular basis.”
No wonder, the green campaign is now getting popular in some of the foreign countries as well. In Nepal it’s known as Mayati. “Maiti movement is equally popular in Canada and Dr Maya Chaddha, a professor at California University, has been closely associated with it making it popular in the USA where it is being hugely appreciated,” says Rawat. According to him, the concept caught on in Canada post-1998 when he met former finance minister of that country, Flora Donald, at a seminar held on the Maiti movement in Kausani (Uttarakhand). “Donald was so fascinated by the concept of the green movement that after she went back she introduced it in her own country in a big way,” says Rawat. According to him, the green campaign has since become so popular in Canada that it has also become the researchers’ favourite topic there. “In fact, two Canadian girls doing research on the Maiti Andolan even visited me last year so as to collect more information relating to its concept,” informs Rawat.

1.Gandhi Ji is Not Officially the Father of the Nation: According to a recent RTI response, Gandhi Ji is not officially recognized as the Father of the Nation by the Government of India. This is because the government abolished titles a long time ago, except in exceptional cases. Many Sacrificed for India's Freedom: Many individuals, such as Bhagat Singh, Chandrashekhar Azad, and Lala Lajpat Rai, sacrificed their lives for India's freedom. The struggle for independence lasted approximately 97 to 100 years.Balanced View of Gandhi Ji: Gandhi Ji was considered a Mahatma by his generation due to the path he chose. However, this does not automatically excuse everything he did wrong, such as supporting the Khilafat Movement and other controversial actions. Humans are prone to both greatness and mistakes. We should embrace the good from others and promptly reject the bad, rather than justifying negative actions due to an infatuation with their positive contributions.

Was a huge fan of this channel. Always thought that this guy who lectures us on ethics and morals everyday must be a genuine well-wisher, but it took 1 offer for him to show us his reality. Practice before you preach. Also makes me wonder how lucratively do they get rewarded for what he did to make someone who's living a comfortable life sell his soul without a second thought.

I've been watching ganjiswag for a long long time. Way before any of all this bazzaz and I left watching after that controversy but I've come back to watch him again because I believe the nuanced perspective he presents on certain political and social issues outweighs that incident and his hard work deserves a chance from us to overlook what happened, tbh I don't even remember what happened at this point, the only thing I remember is something about promoting Punjab government under PMLN. Can u remind me somewhat or give me a conclusion of what happened without looking it up.

People talking about India distorting and labelling others history as own are same who celebrate invaders (due to ideology), associate there identity with Persians, Turks and Arabs but not with the land.
Pakistan was created in 1947, before that all history is Indian history. You were all Indians like it or not.

In Pakistan at least the food doesn't change the way it does in India. You travel to north east or south of India, the food that people eat for breakfast etc are totally different from what the Northern states eat. Its so diverse that a Pakistani will be amazed how despite so much differences people live together without constantly at war with each other. Pakistan despite having been created based on the same religion and with just 23 crore people cannot coexist with each other.

You are right about reputation has gone down in India because a faction loves the guy who murdered him and they are in power. They is lots of slander on Gandhi which should not happen. But I personally feel meme are fine, nobody should have godly image, even Jinaah in Pakistan.

so taj mahal and all the forts and architecture is somehow indian culture but whats in pakistans isnt? Its just as much pakistani culture as well as indian culture. Not sure how you re trying to say that pakistanis are somehow not native to all the lands including india. They re native to the land in india as much as an indian is native to hte lands of pakistan. So when you say its theirs, its like a very illogical thing to say. Alot of muslim heritage is in India, some of the most favorite tourist desitnations including delhi. South india as well, have never seen an indian trying to say these sites are "pakistani". What people like you lack to grasp is that indians and pakistanis have the same ancestors and are both native to the region. There isnt "We came before" or they came later. Just because Pakistan was founded ( 1 day earlier than modern day india btw) doesnt make Pakistan a "offspring" of india. Its like saying 2 siblings of whom 1 of them is the father of the other which is illogical. Not sure if you even have enough capacity to grasp that logic though. Speaking of india, there was never a united India to begin with. It was all divided by princely states, even among muslims and hindus. The modern day India is not the historical india, its a new entitiy. Did you know Jinnah wanted to claim the name India as well because they felt that India is also Pakistans identity? Its because India did not belonged to anyone, its because of the location the british have called it. The indus river literally flows in Pakistan. The first sign of civilization in the region stems from indus valley, which is in modern day pakistan.

A little objection to your comment, though india was divided into princely states..the whole subcontinent was influenced or rather followed a common culture, traditions..the whole land though divided still used to follow same ramayan & Mahabharata...the name bharat though not used extensively, still was given to the whole land
