Awesome city to raise land value there is the Eden project in the vanilla game just click around the menus to find it also on the workshop is Wayne towers from the batman films and comics that would look pretty cool in your city

are the roads you are using from game itself or its some mod? i love the way they look bit darker :)
Shinigami Kai The roads are customized with a mod called Road Color Changer, which makes the roads darker by default.
