I think in rupture one of these when getting out the car. Something poped. I didn’t get no pain. 1 minute later I couldn’t freaking use my foot . Been 4 weeks still on a boot . Mri in couple days.

@@ChitoWorld I went over the bars riding a city bike, which malfunctioned. Landed on my right foot and now I'm not able to fully bend the big toe.

Great video! Thanks for sharing it. I only found 1 minor mistake on minute 1:50 "There are two sesamoid bones at the level of MCP joint" it should be MTP since it is the foot. :)

teacher you declare that; The flexor hallucis tendonitis usually occurs in ballet dancing and "other activities that require excessive plantar flexion of the ankle" riding can couse these effects. for example in my big toe ihave becouse of injuries while riding it is a little bit insensitive. İ am stil riding. am i stop riding or what.????

Ankle biomechanics primary muscle problem.👣🤔time question 20,30 years but will be to later....pur walking, standing leads to joints problem, because muscles compensator takes jobs for other muscles....every second got hill turned out, or reverted in....🤔🎯🍺what's happening with Achilles tendon, calf....lose balance...
