    Great track guide, been practicing Zolder for about an hour and getting low 1:32's. With the cuts you have shown and knowing when to really push the car I'm sure I'll get that time down.
    ACC is my favourite SIM racing game right now and can't understand why I waiting so long to get it

    Being one of many to criticise the mild FFB on early testing of this sim by Kunos iv since made some adjustments on my CSW v2 base iv stumbled across a far better feeling in the wheel. I am now appreciating just how intense the racing can be on ACC. It defiantly rewards good apex’s and punishes mistakes. This makes you appreciate how much the devs have put into this latest title. With a much better settings now on the wheel I’m loving the experience.

    You can go faster around the second chigane, cut the right hander and straight to cutting the left hander after it, so you get better exit from the 2nd right hander

    Thank you, your guide helped me to get alot better was doing 1:35, before watching you video, an hour of practice with agressive setup, and managed to get best lap 1:32.5 but the 5 lap average 1:32.8
    Thank you once again, I know there is alot of time for me still to gain, but it is difficult with steering wheel without force feedback, I have Logitech Formula GP wheel :D

    You're braking so late, it's incredible.
    I usually have to break around or just before the 100m signs at the Kleine Chicane, Bolderbergh corner and Jackie Ickx chicane.

    • @GewoonWouter
      @GewoonWouter 3 роки тому +1

      You're not alone mate. I always wonder how those aliens can brake so late without overshooting the corner. Same for the curbs on the first chicane. If I do that with my Lexus it bounces all over the place...

    • @dvdkiwi
      @dvdkiwi 3 роки тому +1

      @@GewoonWouter Now that I played this game some more I think I got it. It has to do with really smashing the brakes and downshifting agressively. Saves massive time in the braking zones.

    • @GewoonWouter
      @GewoonWouter 3 роки тому +1

      @@dvdkiwi thanks for the tip, will try the more aggressive downshifting to see if that helps. Not that I'm expecting doing suddenly below 1:30 suddenly :D So far I can't get below a very rare 1:31,8 :D

    I’ve been practicing zolder for a few days now…and I’m absolutely terrible. I think just in general, but no matter how much I try…I can’t even get below 1:36. It is honestly quite embarrassing and frustrating. I watch track guides, practice and practice…but most of my laps are dq’s and the few that are good are SO FAR AWAY from anything even remotely competitive. Ugh….woe is me.

  • @Jt7166

    Love the tips jardier, actually had no idea you could cut that much. Maybe next time slow down the heli cam video or slow the replay when you get to corners? Don't know if ACC has an driver inputs hud but that would be good too for the heli cam part.

    I'm at 1:34 atm, really challenging dealing with gamepad inputs, but did improve greatly from the horrible 1:50 I was doing initially lol. Being smooth and gradual is a real pain, thumbsticks are super sensitive and have had little luck in getting a decent setup. I guess each gamepad is a little different.
