    Despite what others sayand I also tried they Buteyko Method, your method was what brang me a major advance in healing, every morning 8 cycles of 60 seconds and I am now 2.5 to 3 min with the empty hold...thank you, anger, anxiety and some other are gone.... Thank you.. 🙏🙏🙏

    • @binra3788
      @binra3788 5 років тому

      Maybe Wim Hoff is a reproduction of a crisis breathing held in connected awareness to reset the body-mind. Buteyko may serve the maintaining of inner calm and resilience when focus is at rest in its own power - ie non-reactive.
      I see breathing without the pause as like 666 - never comes the 'day' of Rest - but in giving 666 its experience - the release into Rest is profound connection and gratitude for being.
      If the focus is connection - it is removed from reactivity (anxiety etc) - then the connecting in with the dynamic peace of your being is not open to that habit (reactivity) and you are conscious as a feeling AND thinking being - not wrapped up in thinking instead of being.

    • @andanssas
      @andanssas 5 років тому

      Oh but we do communicate telepathically all the time. We just turned it down a lot since early childhood. Mother's do often "feel" their children thoughts and emotions when something happens, as do people truly in love with each other. It's not by chance that in these cases people often mention they're "well tuned" 😉

    Well, I have found Your method has turned me around. Maybe not my marriage but the ability to know I have control over my life, again.
    Your gift is truely, amazing
    I hope to meet you one day

    I have a question. I have been practicing your breathing technique for about 2 years, but recently something has changed. Why can I only hold my breath for only about 15-20 seconds now when before I could hold my breath for up to almost 3 minutes? I feel like I am doing it the same as always only now I am compelled to stop holding my breath a lot sooner than usual.

    I am 54 and pretty weak from chronic lyme’s with a bunch of co-infections, mycotoxins (Mold), Hashimotos and loads of toxic overload like heavy metals, estrogen dominance, yeast and oxalates. As a result I have problems with my Mitachondria, low blood pressure, Adrenal burnout and neuropathy.

    Speaking about photosynthesis, humans can also engage in that form of "feeding"; look for information on Hira Ratan Manek and sungazing. He has been without physical food for 8 years, just like Wim's method, anybody who commits to his correct method can do it, it has been verified by NASA; if you don't believe me, look it up, do the science, and see for yourself.

    • @ggallin3883
      @ggallin3883 5 років тому

      Talking About Games hahah in germany we now have our first death boy too, because of this photosynthesis, light food or what ever you want to call it. damn, to inform oneself or to study means more than just watching UA-cam videos, where people want to let you know what they want to believe

    • @TalkingAboutGames
      @TalkingAboutGames 5 років тому +1

      @@ggallin3883 You can literally go to NASA and ask for the relevant studies, try getting out of the basement for once, there is a whole world out there.
      Why are you laughing? Death is a serious thing. And that boy must have done it wrong, I have personally been doing the process for a few months now and I have required less and less food, with no nutrients or muscle loss.
      Why are you even commenting if you haven't even done the research or undertaken your own studies? Do you realize how childish you sound before those that know the truth of the matter? You are just like those who criticize Wim Hof's work, based on nothing but their low intelligence.

    • @RyanKassel
      @RyanKassel 5 років тому

      Hey man, folks are entitled to their own opinion. Why not post a link to the research?

    • @TalkingAboutGames
      @TalkingAboutGames 5 років тому +1

      @@RyanKassel It's good to give an opinion without mocking others, which is what "Know it all" here did; if you are giving blows, prepare to take some.
      I recommend that you contact NASA directly, or that you google the information, because I am not here to promote websites; you can also find videos here on UA-cam, on the multiple conferences Hira Ratan Manek has given, there are also testimonies.
      But again, I would recommend that you contact NASA directly instead, and get it straight from the source. If you have the skills and equipment to do so, you could also measure the UV index one hour at sunrise or one hour before sunset, to verify that it's safe to sungaze during those hours.
      But follow the correct protocol by the letter, DO NOT GAZE AT THE SUN without conditioning our eyes according to the protocol. If it is needed, I will write correct protocol here.

      That's the book that started my self inquiry 20 years ago. Where there is light is a good simple one to read, as well. Then I found Mooji on UA-cam like 9-10yrs ago. Check out Mooji if you've never heard of him you'll like it🤙
