    I have 2 big red lights that I put on my bathroom counter and turn them on while getting ready and unready. Then I shine them on my body at night, while wearing my red light mask...while watching UA-cam on my iPad. 😎😎😎. On another health topic....instead oh having my granddaughters warts surgically removed.... I put my red light on them for an hour a day for 5 days. A month later they had all turned black and fell off!!! 2 years and they never came back like most do! I also healed the burn all the way down the side of my body, from dropping my curling iron and it rolled down my body☠️... I have no scars at all! So I shine the lights on me the twice a day...in hopes that it will possibly heal things I don’t even know about, and prevent others😎😎😎

      I had seen an article in Alive magazine about how people in one African tribe eliminated warts. They put a piece of raw potato on it. My daughter when she was little had a wart on her thumb which she was sucking. I tried the potato method. Overnight it rose up dramatically and within days fell off, never to return. If ever your granddaughter gets a wart again, you could try this for faster results.

    Goggles are great if the lights are not comfortable for someone, but you do not need to protect your eyes, it’s actually good for your eyes. It has been shown to help treat glaucoma, astigmatism and floaters. It may help others issues as well but these are the 3 I’ve heard from specific people.

      I read in one study no more than 15 minutes at 6 inches away from light source. After 15 minutes the benefits become negative, cells may be damaged from what I read but the research stated the reason for the damage after 15 is unknown. The research was on using red and infrared only. I wish I had the article. Sorry

    I use the Zyocean pad, available on Amazon, and it has been great. I have metastatic breast cancer which has spread throughout my body. I use the pad on my head, to discourage the cancer on my scalp, and the pad has somehow made my hair start growing back in the bald area that was radiated 24 years ago. The cancer reappears when a cancer treatment stops suppressing it so I use the pad on other areas of my body as well. While it won't cure the cancer, it might slow down its spread by beefing up my immune system. The Zyocean pad is fairly inexpensive and is very versatile. It has a number of different settings and a timer which is very handy as it is important to gradually increase the power and exposure time to avoid skin discomfort. Overexposure can cause a mild burning sensation. The pad is like a heating pad so it can be used on different parts of the body, as needed. I use it while watching TV and periodically move it around my body so that all parts of my body get treated.

    I bought a Kala Pro red light. It's good for muscle problems and is quite well made but I cannot get it to work at different frequencies like it's supposed to. And this is where Kala begins to look pretty unscrupulous as far as I'm concerned. They're good at quick and easy queries - but for this problem they asked me to send them a video of what happened when I tried to make the switch. So that's what I did - via Drop Box. When they DENIED receiving my video, Drop Box confirmed that they HAD received it - so I told them that. Oh yes, we did get it, they admitted. "Be patient and we'll help you". THAT WAS IN EARLY NOVEMBER LAST YEAR. They never did give their support over this defect and have now stopped responding to my (perfectly polite) emails.

    The ATP that’s released in the mitochondria during red light therapy is also what gives the skin a beautiful glow.
    While Maysama uses the green leaves of roobios tea, roobios isn’t a green tea. It’s the EGCG in green tea (usually Japanese, Chinese or Korean) and Matcha (a refined form of green tea) that is such a powerful antioxidant and if the study used green tea you’ll need to find another green tea serum or brew green tea and mist it on your face to get the full effect.

    Started using a panel "Red Alternative" for about 6 weeks. I have seen a very slight improvement in my skin but hoping more improvement overtime. My one shoulder which has given me pain for the last 30 years has diminished. I started doing my arm exercises in front of the panel stationed to hit my lower body, since I was basically standing stil anyway. I think it is a great investment.

    Hands down best beauty trick, in addition to big organic salads and regular pro facials. I came down with a serious health issue after 5 negative reactions to fillers and Botox over about 10 years. Health issue started after last injection round of filler that was supposed to be the healthiest, cleanest Italian company called Guna. ALL of them are scary and one round nearly killed me over a course of 3 nightmarish days. SO I've proven to myself that the 3 above mentioned, natural approaches work almost exactly as well as injectables.

I actually stopped using it around October this year because I had severe pain and weakness. I had bought it because I heard it helped with joint pain. Well not for me. The pain was so bad I found a functional medicine doctor to run tests. Anyway when I told him I was using RLT, he had no comment. I may start using it again just because it’s bought and paid for, but who knows what good it’s doing. I never noticed any changes on my skin or anything.

    Hi Kimberly ! I finally took the plunge & bought the Mito red light panel. It came bundled w/ 3 bottles of Maysama Green Rooibos serum. Prior to adding this I had been using several different serums which are quite pricey. I want to finish these up but here's the issue - the Green Rooibos is supposed to go on right after cleansing & absorb for 20 minutes before 10 minutes of red light therapy. The way I was taught to apply serums was the thinnest & clearest are applied first moving towards the thickest & heaviest. Will applying the Green Rooibos first reduce the efficacy of my other serums ? Thank you

      @@lucygarnica9862 I’ve been wondering about this too. But on the thyroid-focused web site palomahealth, I found this info: “One randomized control study of 43 women found that red light therapy may effectively treat chronic autoimmune hypothyroidism and subclinical hypothyroidism. The conclusions were made based on decreased levothyroxine dosage in patients with low-level laser therapy. However, antibody levels stayed the same across those with low-level laser therapy and those in the placebo group.
      In another study of 30 women using at-home red light therapy to reduce wrinkling on the neck, the researchers found no changes to parathyroid and thyroid function after 16 weeks. The researchers made this conclusion based on laboratory testing showing no significant differences in TSH, T4, T3, free T4, thyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPO), and Tg antibodies.”
      To me these contrasting results suggest those of us taking thyroid should just get our thyroid function tested before and after a while using such devices, so we can decrease our thyroid med dosage if necessary.

    I own the Rejuven Light Nano LED light therapy. I bought it for the green light as I understand this is the color that reduces brown spots on the skin. I've used it 3 times a week for about 6 weeks now and can see that my brown spots are gradually lightening. I would like a red light panel as well, but I also use a Nuface 3 times a week. Could a person safely double up on on their LED nights and use both the red light followed by the green, or could you pair it with the Nuface instead? Btw, your hair looks really nice in this video and so does your makeup--not too glowy, very neat. Thanks for the video!

      My understanding is that you can utilize LED therapy daily, although 10-20 minutes seems to be the max time for optimal benefit. I'm using this along with my NuFace and NIRA, with all my skincare as well. Excited to see the results! Thanks for stopping by Regina!

    Thanks for the video. I first learned about red light after I purchased a Nuface. I researched it and found your video and the idea of having a unit I could use without holding it. After further research I decided on the Red Alternative unit because it is FDA approved. I have been using it almost a month everyday on my face and on my knees. I don’t see a difference in my face yet but really see a major improvement in my knees. One has progressive arthritis and the other had a large bump from a fall. My husband is using it on a shoulder which is hurting him. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend it

    Thank you so much for all the research you do & share it us. I’ve been looking for the red light as well but I have read that thyroid glad should not be exposed to the light too often, that it could do more harm than good. And I’ve dare to order it b/c one of the areas I really want to tackle is the neck. Have you heard or read anything about that? Thoughts? Thanks!

    I am following your channel at the last year. Love your channel and your are so beautiful and helpful 😊😍😊😍
    Would like to ask you about the red light, I can see that you are recommending the "Mito" which is very expensive. I checked out, realized that the nanometers is 600-800 "Mito", but all the red light on Amazon also the same nanometers 600-800 and they are much cheaper.
    Can you please gives us another options than the "Mito"?
    Thank you 💖

    When you say that the mito panel is “more powerful,” is that based on a measurement from the manufacturer or something measurable? Or just your feeling? I’m willing to spend the money, but I want to know what exactly is the difference? The celluma site has wavelengths and joule output listed.

    Hello again, I ordered a sunscreen you advertised a couple months ago, are you aware of the ingredient in it, It's a Hormone Disruptor, the ingredient is OCTINOXATE , I want you to be informed in case you missed it , or still using it, I wish I could return it, not sure if the video was sponsored or not,

    • @katherynruiz1654
      @katherynruiz1654 3 роки тому

      Octinoxate is a chemical ultraviolet light filter that is used in sunscreens and makeups to block UV light. Yes, it has been identified as a hormone disrupter. However, octinoxate is not the ultraviolet light. It is a chemical ultraviolet light blocker. Also, UV light is different from the red lights used for skin therapy. The red lights in these machines produce infra-red light and not ultraviolet light. You are confused and do not understand what you are talking about. Do some research and read carefully. Dr Dray has several great videos discussing the wonderful benefits of using red light therapy. Check out her video "Younger Skin with Red Light Therapy" on UA-cam.

    Thank you for this review. I have visited the Mito company's website and couldn't find conclusive details on their red light effect on the eyes without eye protection. In one area I read that eye could be damaged yet in another area it indicated that this could have a positive healing effect on the eyes. What has your experience been?

    • @Cloudancer2024
      @Cloudancer2024 2 роки тому +8

      Since you haven't gotten a response, I hope you don't mind if I chime in. I, too, read on the Mito website that red light therapy _may_ have some ocular benefit. However, most sources recommend that you wear eye protection to prevent eye irritation and strain.
      I have a cheap red light mask (Peppy) that has dark glasses attached to the mask. Even so, it irritated my eyes, and they would be red and itchy the next day. So I bought a pair of goggles off Amazon and I wear them in addition to the ones that are built-in. Problem solved.
      Unless you have a particular eye disorder that your doctor has told you will be improved with red light therapy, I would follow the conventional recommendation to wear eye protection when using red light therapy.
