Beautiful Biscute, That reaction was one of the most expressive and truly heartfelt reactions I have ever witnessed. As I watched you break down, I started to cry for Eric Clapton, and for you. Very, very sad and, at the same time, so soul touching and heart soothing. Your lovely eyes reveal the true beauty of your heart and soul. They speak silently to all that take the time to see. Thank you so much for that exquisite reaction. I love you from this moment on based on the compassion and character that you have revealed.
Eric won an award for this song and when he accepted the award he said something like "When I lost my son, I wrote this song to heal, it never occurred to me that you all would like it" when he said that it made me cry.
This song became very personal, when I lost my wife to cancer. She was my dream, and the best person I’ve ever known, and she made me my best. Since, I have tried to be my best, so I can meet again in heaven! This song both makes me sad and hopeful! Love your reaction, and depth of emotion. You are a treasure!
Thanks for reminding me there are actual people in the world with heart like!! Sounds like you still honour her man.......Bless you and I'll pray for your reunion!
Bisscute, what an absolutely beautiful reaction. I am a 62 year old man and I'm crying right with you. You are an amazing person and I love your reactions so much.
This song is what actually made me pick up the guitar in the 90s. Imagine my sense of irony when I can't even hold the first chord right now after loosing my 12yr old daughter on 12/23/21. I had just bought her her first guitar for Christmas. She never got to see it. My most prized possession today. I would give anything to show her how to play it.
this song gets me every time, as someone who also lost a child (my son 7 months old) like he did it hits home, a year later I lost my father so his song "My Fathers Eye's" also hits home hard
I too have lost a child and this song didn't truly hit me till that happened. I am so sorry for your loss Jeff, stay strong and continue to steer the ship Good Sir.
This song was played in my Brothers funeral. When I was a kid. To this day, it is the only song that makes me bawl my eyes out. My mom would always skip the station if this was on the radio. Even as a singer myself, I cant sing this without choking up So major props to Clapton.
Beautiful, thank you. His mother had him with a Canadian soldier during WWII. The war ended and soldier went home without them. After Tears in Heaven he sought out and found his biological father in Ontario Canada. They met briefly and My Father's Eyes came out. I feel the song was about the 3 of them. Eric, his son and his father.
One of the most beautiful songs ever written, performed by one of the greatest musicians ever. Eric was the main reason I started playing guitar 15 years a go
He is the greatest of all time! His work in yardbirds, John mayall bluesbreakers, cream, blind Faith, Delaney and bonnie, Derek and the dominos will never be matched.
I will truly never understand how someone could suffer a loss of a child (his son was 5 when he fell from a 53rd floor of a NYC apartment building) and write and perform this song with such ease and not break down and cry
I am a 71 year old dedicated father and grandfather and I sit here crying with you.... Wow You are so eloquent and so open despite your emotional tears. I liked you before as you remind me of a past lover I lost, and now even more so.
This is one of the most beautiful and deeply emotional reactions I've ever seen to any piece of music from anyone. A brilliant song - a horrible tragedy. Thank you, Biscute, for sharing your deeply heart felt reaction with us. Hugs to all, for we all experience loss...
@@BisscuteReacts I really like your positive, upbeat energy - it's why I watch your videos. But your reaction to this one moved me crazy deep, and I cried right along with you.
This song came out just after my older brother died. I remember just falling apart hearing it the first time. And now some 40 years later, it still hits deep.
@Bisscute don't feel bad. This song always make me cry, too. My dad was killed in a motorcycle accident when I was 12, back in 1992, right after this song came out. I had them play this at his funeral. Beautiful reaction. Thank you.
Biss just saw this reaction to one of my favorite artists and songs. Just want to say THANK YOU FOR YOUR HEARTFELT and HONEST reaction! Hope you react to more Eric Clapton.
Such as sad song about Eric's son. So brave of Eric to write a song about his son's death. Eric is a legend. It relates to all loss whatever it is, young or old. He also wrote My Fathers Eyes, which is also very emotional.
I lost one of my twin daughters. It is a void that will never, I think, be filled. Each day goes on and there has not been a day since her death that something has occurred to remind me of her. Beautiful, heartfelt reaction, Bisscute.
one tidbit that isn't well known, when writing this song, there was a lot going on in Eric's life, and the emotional epicness of this tragedy weighed so heavy on him that he didn't feel he could complete it with the level of satisfactory he would be content over time to accept. So, he asked a good friend of his, Mark Knopfler, to write the guitar pieces for the song. Eric, being a famous guitarist, ranked among the list of greatest of all time, blues genre mostly but also classic rock, intrusted Mark to write such a significant song speaks volumes about both men. Eric for having such humbleness and humility to accept someone else's work to speak for him, and Mark for being so talented and connected to Eric to be able to write such a piece. If you don't know Mark, he is the lead singer/lead guitarist for the band, Dire Straits, you would be enriched to check the long list of their songs out as well as more Eric Clapton's. There is a live version of this song in which Eric and Mark perform it. The video is taken from a movie that used the song in its soundtrack. The movie was about narcotics officers working undercover to break a huge drug ring, which required them to take the drug frequently and in the end they became addicts, the movie focuses a lot on their struggles as addicts and breaking the addiction. There is death, separation, tragedy, and sorrow in the movie for which this song is overlaid. You not watching the video too much saved you from being distracted by the storyline of the movie which had nothing to do with Eric's personal story. I think you're better off focusing on the real-life tragedy.
@@gerrydantone6834 - Clapton did the first verse and then asked Will Jennings to finish the rest of the song - which he did. Mark Knopfler had nothing to do with it.
Clapton and Will Jennings wrote this song. Knopfler was inspired by Clapton's Acoustic ability but had nothing to do with this song or any song of Clapton's.
I have heard this song probably 100 times or more and I still cry every time, imagining what he must be going through. He does speak about his son now on occasion and he is able to speak so lovingly about him and talk about how he worked through his grief with his music. I love Eric Clapton and was shocked and stunned when I heard about this on the news. I had a friend who used to be one of Clapton's backup singers. She was so shaken by what had happened as well.
This song not only tugs at the hearts of the parents but also anyone who has lost a loved one. I myself lost my mother to Brest cancer many years ago and I still get emotional when I hear this song.
If I can tell you something I love about watching you and the reactions. Love how genuine and honest you are, how open and emotional you are. Love people who care about things and are not afraid to show emotions. To me you are the most entertaining reactor because you are all those things and I always love and admire you for it
Thank you so much for that reaction and for saying how sorry you are to everyone who lost someone important. I lost a daughter 12 years ago due to a rare syndrome... In the following days I made a video using this song, because it is what I most want... To meet her one day in heaven... Today I have an 8-year-old daughter healthy years that I love very much, but this song always reminds me of my Duda.
You had this 'old man' crying along with you! As much as your laughter and rocking along with the music in your videos makes me smile, Your tears hurt me as much. I love your reactions! :)
What a song. Ive kind of steeled myself to this for a long time, but watching it touch you and allowing yourself to cry, made me listen in a different way and cry, too.😊
Beautiful song and like always a beautiful, heartfelt reaction. Thanks for sharing some of yourself with us. I lost 2 of my kids and this song helps me cherish what time we had.
This is the first time I've heard this song since losing my 19 year old son two months ago. It was always was a song that stirred deep emotions, but this time I understand it.
Your reaction shows us all that you have a nice soul and that you kept your heart tender. There are not enough people like you on earth so please keep it that way. You are a good person indeed. All my respect from Québec city. 😘😇😇😇
This beautiful song isn't the only one written for Conor. Eric's best friend Phil Collins wrote the lyrics for a Genesis song called Since I Lost You, which ended up on their album We Can't Dance and is also about Conor. Before it was released, he played it to him to get his approval. And thankfully, he loved it.
Your reaction to this song is Beautiful. Music is the gateway to a persons soul. Eric Clapton is one of the best musicians that The uk as ever had, I was lucky enough to see him live a long time ago and I still feel the magic of That concert. Don’t ever be afraid to show your emotions. Love Rob uk
Such a beautiful song and still amazes me that he can play it without losing it. I still tear up every time I see the video or hear the song. Clapton rules!!!
Tears in Heaven" is a ballad written by Eric Clapton and Will Jennings about the pain Clapton felt following the death of his four-year-old son, Conor, who fell from a window of the 53rd-floor New York apartment of his mother's friend, on March 20, 1991. A song that will touch the very depths of all who listen to it.🙏
thank you for sharing this one, and for your beautiful heart. no matter what kind of music it is, you always get the feeling...it's special to see. it's been along time sine i have heard this, but i remember hearing the lyrics and thinking he was saying that the sense of loss and depression was deep enough that he would want to "join" his son, but that ultimately, he realized it was not his time, that the time would come and he didn't belong there yet. there is still hope in such a sad song as well, having the faith that pain no longer exists in heaven. one of the most powerful and beautiful songs.
It's great to see that you have a heart and can feel it. I've been watching you for a long time and I really like your naturalness and honesty. Just to complete your knowledge, I'm telling you that official sources say that Eric Clapton, when he came home from the funeral, saw a letter in the mailbox. This letter was a heart and the inscription I love you, sent on the day of his son's death and outlined as 4-year-olds do. Eric locked himself at home for 13 months and cut himself off from the world. He just came back with this song for which he received a lot of awards ... Honesty and truth are the most important values. Thank you for not hiding yours from us.
Thank you for reacting to this. It always reminds me of my mum that I lost in 92. I was just 14. This song still brings tears to my eyes. And as a parent now, there's a saying that I believe in. A parent should never bury a child. You are a beautiful soul my dear. Stay pure ❤️
In the past 3 yrs I’ve lost 11 people that I closely work with plus my grandfather who passed away shortly after I found this channel. This song hits me so differently now. Thank u for a beautiful reaction. Stay strong. ❤️
I saw him sing this at Madison square garden, he came out and sat on a stool and sang this and everyone was crying, words can’t explain how this feeling came over everyone. Glad I was there
42 yr old German dude here. Was 12 when I first heard the unplugged version of this song on MTV. Consider myself a Clapton fan since then. Mastered to play this on guitar. Travelled to London to hear him in Royal Albert Hall. However: I did not really understand the pain in these lyrics until I became a dad myself. Unimaginable. Thank you for your reaction.
I remember when this song first came out and I was just a teenager. It really didn't impact me that much. Now that I am a father, I could not imagine the loss that I would feel. I don't know how I would ever recover. Or even if I would want to.
Beautiful reaction, I remember when this song came out how it deeply touched seemingly everyone. Your reaction was reminiscent of the empathy we all felt for Eric & his family & parents in similar situations. What a beautiful gift to the world Mr Clapton shared with us. Music can be so universally powerful. Best wishes
TY for this. It is not imaginable to be Eric performing that song for the first time. He asks his son, "Would you help me stand, if I saw you in Heaven". Knowing he would be unable to stand at that moment. Stunning.
As a man who has yet to really allow himself to grieve the loss of both parents and two brothers in less than six years, I can honestly say from my perspective that the tears that wait to be shed are the hardest to let go of because I continue to hold em back. One day if not for day's or even a week, I may cry out without anyone knowin that I'm lettin go of the heartache and the loss of those that I've loved for so many years... I must be strong, and carry on but I will get there in time.
Gary, ive also lost my parents and both my brothers ,most recently my Mum in June, I know it's a cliche buy please try counseling,i saw a woman at Mind and don't know how i would have coped without someone I could just talk to, I'm thinking of you and I'll pray for you

Another very emotional song from a famous rocker paying tribute to his deceased child is "All Of My Love" by Led Zeppelin. Led Zeppelin was touring the US in 1977 when lead singer Robert Plant's 5 year old son Karac died from a rare stomach virus back home in the UK. Led Zep cancelled the remainder of the tour to fly back home to mourn the loss of Karac.
That was such an emotional reaction, with such an emotional song. It makes me cry every time I hear it because I lost my brother, my dad, my mother in law and my niece all in one year
That was such a beautiful thing to say about your parents. I'm dealing with a similar situation with a family member and I hope she sees the light before she ends up in a really bad place. God bless you!
Truely a sad and beautyful song, i would even say in this catagory of songs, one of the very best.. its pretty simple, but beautyful, and with strong lyrics, that get you emotional.. and i think Mr Clapton, did take a very kind of mature look at the tragegy of hes here to.. it makes sense what he sing, with few words really.. Bravo mr Slowhand..
Your reaction is so beautiful and your so young with a wisdom that most your age doesn't have I can tell you have a beautiful heart and amazing parents that raised a beautiful sweet young woman
This song is immensely beautiful and catches your heart no matter how many times you hear it. Both my parents are big Eric Clapton fans and shortly after i was born his son sadly passed away, they always wanted 2 kids so they decided if they had another son he would be named Connor after him, 18 months later i had a younger brother called Connor
Hi Bisscute, I can relate to this song so much because of the heartbreak in my own life with the passing of my daughter from an automobile accident. The sad part was that I was one of the firefighters who had to take care of her. Unfortunately she passed from the injuries. Folks, i said that to say this, Love your kids, Love your parents. We never know how long we will have them. I have no idea what the circumstances were in Eric's life, but, we don't want to go through the same kind of heartbreak. Thank you Bisscute for sharing your thoughts the way you did. Much love and respect my friend.
This is one of the most expressive personal songs ever written. It was played at my sons funeral and always makes me cry just like U2's Sometime you cant make it on your own . Which is about a father son relationship and mirrors mine with my late son 😥

In the past 3 yrs I’ve lost 11 people that I closely work with plus my grandfather who passed away shortly after I found this channel. This song hits me so differently now. Thank u for a beautiful reaction. Stay strong. ❤️
I'm sorry friend
I saw him sing this at Madison square garden, he came out and sat on a stool and sang this and everyone was crying, words can’t explain how this feeling came over everyone. Glad I was there
How strong of a person not only to write this song put to also preform it ..I could never 🙏❤️✌️
Seems like your reaction comes from the heart. I love it!
This song was dedicated to my dad at his funeral. It will ALWAYS be special to me.
One of the most heartfelt reactions I ever watched... thank you!
Awee thanks, glad you liked it ❤
@@BisscuteReacts never looked at it from the perspective of the dumb stuff done as a youth, and the pain it could have caused my mom. Thanks
A beautiful song. Brings back the memories of my younger brother who took his own life in 2007. Everytime I hear this song, I tear up.
I remember when this song first came out and I was just a teenager. It really didn't impact me that much. Now that I am a father, I could not imagine the loss that I would feel. I don't know how I would ever recover. Or even if I would want to.
Same
This reaction was intense.
Now these reactions are soo deep and emotional it's truly from the ♥
I loved how she said Truly fucking beautiful! 11
I swear but we shouldn't because God is pure where all wreatches
Beautiful reaction, I remember when this song came out how it deeply touched seemingly everyone. Your reaction was reminiscent of the empathy we all felt for Eric & his family & parents in similar situations. What a beautiful gift to the world Mr Clapton shared with us. Music can be so universally powerful. Best wishes
Thank you ❤
I love the way Bisscute talks she is absolutely precious and she's beautiful
I can relate to this beautiful song I lost my eldest son Luis when he was 16 I've never been the same it breaks your heart forever x
Sorry for your loss.
Heartfelt Condolences, ma'am....many prayers....
TY for this. It is not imaginable to be Eric performing that song for the first time. He asks his son, "Would you help me stand, if I saw you in Heaven". Knowing he would be unable to stand at that moment. Stunning.
I would like to suggest you "Wonderful Tonight" by Eric Clapton! A legend says he wrote the song while waiting for his wife to get ready!
Love your timeline keep rocking stay in good spirits and best of health semper Fi ciaos
Thank you
As a man who has yet to really allow himself to grieve the loss of both parents and two brothers in less than six years, I can honestly say from my perspective that the tears that wait to be shed are the hardest to let go of because I continue to hold em back. One day if not for day's or even a week, I may cry out without anyone knowin that I'm lettin go of the heartache and the loss of those that I've loved for so many years... I must be strong, and carry on but I will get there in time.
Gary, ive also lost my parents and both my brothers ,most recently my Mum in June, I know it's a cliche buy please try counseling,i saw a woman at Mind and don't know how i would have coped without someone I could just talk to, I'm thinking of you and I'll pray for you
@@kalahirst4870 it's never easy to lose someone that we love that has been an inspiration to our own lives in whatever capacity. Although they're in a better and more peaceful place, we continue to think about em. I appreciate your prayers and I will also be praying for you. Take care
Eric Clapton - Wonderful Tonight ( That's definitely a must next )
Agreed.
My Grandfather loved Eric. I’m proud to be a guitarist. I’ve been playing for 25 years and Eric inspired me. So much talent but such a sad story.
Que música maravilhosa, apesar se triste.
Thank you for you, your heartfelt honesty and not being afraid to show your emotions.
Thank you so much, glad you liked the reaction ❤
Another very emotional song from a famous rocker paying tribute to his deceased child is "All Of My Love" by Led Zeppelin. Led Zeppelin was touring the US in 1977 when lead singer Robert Plant's 5 year old son Karac died from a rare stomach virus back home in the UK. Led Zep cancelled the remainder of the tour to fly back home to mourn the loss of Karac.
Another great tribute song. Everyone can find a way to relate to music in general.
This is such a sad song but beautiful. I cry every time I hear it and watching Biscuitt cry had me ballin just thinking back to family I’ve lost.
Yep, I can't watch this... I lost my twin brother when we were 4 and this hits too close to home.

"Truly fu**ing beautiful", the best description I ever heard to this song!!!
Thanks ❤
Emotional, honest, and heartfelt reaction. I admire your empathy, Biss. You have a beautiful soul.
You are a genuine and real person, I respect and love that about you. Such a emotional song, such a tragedy.
Eric Clapton has a huge music library from the 60's , 70's , 80 , 90 , 2000's.
Beautiful reaction, love that you had the wisdom to ignore the movie it was attached to and appreciate the song and the reason it was written ❤
Dear Biss, thank you very much for expressing those beautiful and profound words. A hug for you 🌷
Dnt cry bisscute!your video inspired me alot,I ve lost most of my love ones, just cnt hold my tear see you crying!
What a honor for you ,your brother and your parents, I've been listenng tears in heavens since 1991 ,connor clapton is in heaven. Pardon my english
Eternal tribute to his son. I wish there were musicians like this today.
beautiful tears. beautiful feelings . such a beautiful song. thank you for the heartfelt reaction to it. catch you again. God bless your heart. peace.
Hi Bisscute,
I can relate to this song so much because of the heartbreak in my own life with the passing of my daughter from an automobile accident.
Such a beautiful reaction sweet pea. I can’t imagine what it would be like to lose a child. Just wanna give ya a big hug. Much love ❤️
Thank you so much
Legend!!!!
This is one of the most expressive personal songs ever written. It was played at my sons funeral and always makes me cry just like U2's Sometime you cant make it on your own . Which is about a father son relationship and mirrors mine with my late son 😥
Sorry for your loss man...Be strong
Ich finde es unglaublich mutig und menschlich von Dir zu Deinen Gefühlen zu stehen. Bleib, wie Du bist. Empathie ist in der heutigen Zeit so unglaublich wichtig.
i promise that you are NOT the first person to cry over this BEAUTIFUL song
