I have been to this concert and I can tell you that Luis Miguel is the man who can make a concert with only NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA... and still be successful because he is Luis Miguel..
He is labeled as "the mexican Frank Sinatra", even Frank Sinatra himself said that he was a great singer. As a mexican, I feel so honored that people from other countries also appreciate him, he's one of the greatests artists in latin music, he even dated Mariah in the late 90s/early 2000s haha

Luis miguel is literally on of the grestest professional singing legends of all time. This is why mexicans nick named him Mexico's sun.
You should watch the nexflix series about his life--he was born in Puerto Rico (his dad was Spanish and Mom Italian), but raised in Mexico since he was a very young boy (his dad was also a singer and was touring in Puerto Rico when his mother gave birth). His dad was his manager from the time he was a kid and his dad lied and told Mexico he was Mexican and said he was "the sun of Mexico." Fast forward to his superstardom and it leaks and becomes a scandal in Mexico. Luis Miguel does a press conference and tells the truth without throwing his father under the bus. It so happened that during that time he was releasing a 'bolero' or more traditional Mexican album so he says at the press release that he has always felt Mexican, was raised in Mexico will become a naturalized Mexican Citizen, and is about to release an album with Mexican hits. The album "Romance" was released shortly thereafter and to this date is one of the best selling albums ever.

Luis Miguel has one of the most beautiful and powerful voices in the world. He is a legend. He's the "Latin Frank Sinatra" . Actually he was one of Frank Sinatra's favorite singers. He was the only Latin singer invited to sing with Frank Sinatra on his duets song. Seeing him in person is an unforgettable experience. Amazing.

So, the vowels Sam chooses to pronounce "la incondicional" are quite open, and they work perfectly to fall into that sort of forward blunt Spanish accent where the vowels have fuller sounds. When he pronounces "Luis Miguel", he does the same thing, so the words feel complete. If I were working in his pronunciation, I'd try to keep the shape of the vowels, and work on modifying the L at the end of "Miguel" to bring it forward, keeping the tongue connected to the teeth instead of the palate.

Luis Miguel has been performing since he was a child, so in addition to the natural talent he has, he'd also had years and years of experience at the time of this video. Every time Sam mentions that he's trusting that his body is going to produce the sounds, that he's not thinking about the technique, I keep thinking about Luismi as a child performing on TV and I'm like yea, he definitely knows his voice and has all that down without even thinking about it. Even as young as he is in this video, he'd already been training and performing for so long.

I first found out about Luis Miguel while watching the movie Speechless in the early 90s and although I didn’t know Spanish I was amazed at his voice. Fast forward to today, I have 10+ albums of his, seen him in concert thrice, and my wife and I will be seeing him every time he comes back to Dallas now that we live here. Luis Miguel is without a doubt my favorite singer!! Thanks for the react vid and please do more of LuisMi!! Some options are La Bikina, No Se Tu, Hasta Que Me Olvides, Por Debajo De La Mesa, Amarte Es Un Placer, Me Niego A Ester Solo, Suave, Suena, and Hasta El Fin. Most of your subscribers have no idea that they just watched a legend who’s known as the Sun of Mexico. He’s a once in a generation talent and you need to check him out more. He’s been singing since he was 10 and his vocals are still amazingly strong. If you ever get a chance to see him in concert, don’t think, just go!

I grew up with his music, since I was little I am his admirers thanks to my parents.
My dad worked for him in Acapulco and when I met him it was a wonderful experience, such a kind and friendly man, it's the best memory I have of him, to be able to see him so close and meet him offstage.

Rosannasfriend sure, I mean he has plenty of songs, and even if you can find several videos just by searching “luis Miguel 2019” you will find a lot of fan videos of his performances so I may recommend you the not so recent performance of viña Del Mar in 2012 ua-cam.com/video/yOZZr3mZBnQ/v-deo.html because actually after 5:00 minute he sings the same song than this video, almost 20 years later so I guess is a good reference for you and also I hope for Sam in a future video

eduar ed Never said she was a better singer than Luis Miguel. Then again they sing different generes. However they both have that are Rancheras...Selena takes it by a long shot. Tu solo tu, Siempre Hace Frío...damn so much emotion whereas Luis Miguel just doesn’t have that same emotional tie to Rancheras. I mean he sang songs Vicente Fernandez is known for and sorry It’s just not his genres in music. Pop, romantic ballads are more him and sings those beautifully.
One of my favourite hobbies lately is to watch people react to Spanish-speaking singers😂. It's so interesting to see people you've grown up listening to be discovered/analysed by others. If you have the time, I think you should check out Nino Bravo or Mónica Naranjo, two of the most impressive voices Spain has produced. You'll not be disappointed 👀

So absurd that people feel the need to relate him to Mariah and/or Sinatra as if not doing so would change the fact that Luis Miguel is simply a freak of nature. Luis Miguel doesn't need any other ornament than his voice. As simple as that!
Luis Miguel started singing from a very young age, he received lessons from his dad, who was from Spain and sung mainly flamenco, I think? he is very famous in Mexico and has successfully kept his voice for decades.
