    With BJJ and various UFC fighting styles it's all about the submission and winning the fight one-on-one.. Philippine dumag is designed to eliminate your opponent this fast as possible if one has to go to the ground.. the beautiful thing about the Philippine martial arts is when the opponent is stupid enough to hand you an appendage like an arm or a leg.. it's no longer theirs... do with it what you want and then give it back.

      may be pure grapping, mma, buno. he will have fight or his opponent.. but a fight dumog with or without weapons, He will destroy your bjj, mma practitioner.. techniques shown here is similar to almost any art out there from bjj, judo, shooto., main difference that he doesn't show is how in Buno it destroys the muscle. Dumog / Buno is designed to fight againts multiple attackers with weapons.. this is just to show practice. just like wrestling, bjj etc

    • @chickenbeckerman591
      @chickenbeckerman591 7 років тому

      uh yeah... surree there buddy. actually the tecniques shown here are a cheap attempt at shooto, judo, bjj if that's what you mean. without weapons this guy doesn't stand a chance against a Deftac Blue Belt. with weapons, I'd take a Dog Brother style fighter with kali tudo any day over this guy. but again, the point here is that he's trying to pass off tecniques from other arts as Dumog. And his excecution of the moves are crap.

    • @sebxcore27
      @sebxcore27 7 років тому +1

      He will destroy any Dog Brother fighters without a problems in live stick fighting, no protection gear at all. Surely you never see him move with a stick. But he does not has time to promote himself on UA-cam, he prefer train and teach and fight if any one wants to challenge him.

    This style would blend very well I believe with systema. I have seen some systema ground fighting videos and I do not believe it is apart of traditional systema however systema is a grappling style and in that it is also very unique. Coupled with filipino dirty boxing and MMA and you could have a very deadily fighter. Then again catch wrestling is also a very hybrid style of ground fighting with lots of breaks and movements that can end an altertercation very fast. I wouldn't want to be at the end of a broken arm,leg are what have you from really and ground fighter.
