This is the best video on Dumong I’ve seen
Where do we find more of this kind of dumog instruction for clinch? A lot of the dumog videos I've seen elsewhere feature a static uke who holds out an extended punch, with moves that have some pretend striking in the middle, or worse, choreographed "lockflows." I really believe, though, that there is a lot of useful knowledge to be found in dumog/buno, particularly with this kind of clinch work and foot blocking. I have been looking for videos to help my son and his friend build on their catch wrestling. Other than the very good video from Kali Center and a few youtube clips, it has been a real challenge to find Philippine instruction that has or allows for live grappling.
