Auch nach all den Jahren schaue ich mir regelmäßig DIESES Video an. Unglaublich dieser Sound.
Letztes Jahr beim Glasbachrennen, als Jörg Weidinger den alten 320 Judd pilotiert hat, haben die Zuschauer ihre Mützen abgenommen und haben sich klatschend an Georg erinnert.
Es war sehr emotional!!!
Nun hoffe ich, dass die Tribute 2021 weitergehen!!! Am Glasbach und beim Masters.
Das wäre auch bestimmt für die frenetischen portugiesischen Bergrenn-Fans ein Hammer.

Bmw should build this car themselves and name it after Plasa, something like 134 GP. At the end of the day it's quite possibly the best known custom built bimmer ever.

Georg and this BMW is such cool combo that it makes me have tears from pure awesome. Georg and this car have inspired me to start my own hill climb race car project and start racing. The sound of the Judd engine will reverb forever in the mountains. Georg is racing this BMW in the afterlife as much as he pleases.
😢 we miss him also and #NeverStopRacing comes after his crash... always in our heart!

I love hillclimbs,for me,that's the discipline for those who have the guts and skills.
This is my absolute favorite sounding version of my favorite sounding engine (2:04-5:17). It's such a shame that only a moment of mistakes in Georg's greatest creation yet cost him his life. When I am out driving my car like an asshole thinking I know shit, I keep in mind what happened to this great racing enthusiast and the fact that I am a weak-at-best driver compared to him. RIP Georg Plasa, who definitely moved on too soon.

it was a perfekt weekend for us and i have also goosebumps every time!!!
Is the same engine sound of the F1 after the first turbo era, incredible, wild, the king of the engines sound . I still remeber when in the '90 i went on saturday at Imola, was the first time for me and i just can tell you that the sound scared me much more than theyrs speed totally covered by that incredible screame.

You can, if you mean, stand by the road and watch a similar car go by. Go to Switzerland for one or more big hillclimb competitions and get all runs (both practice and race).
Reto Meisel is running a Mercedes SLS (Silphoutte car) with the same type of engine in it as Georg use to run. His engine is not as crazy good sounding as Georg's but it is still very very nice.

ich finde es auch schade das plasa nicht mehr da ist schade zuerst lionel und jetzt plasa ich fasse es nicht schade schade das er nicht mehr da ist. 2 der besten rennfahrer tot schade hätte ihn gerne in mickhausen gesehen cau georg mögest du ruhe und frieden finden wir werden dein bmw vermiessen und den geilen sound gut bay georg plasa R.I.P

Ich bin relativ neu im Motorsport, mittlerweile Fahre ich selber Autocross, aber als Georg noch lebte, da kannte ich ihn gar nicht. Und jetzt wenn ich dieses Video sehe, kommen mir die Tränen, so ein talentierter Fahrer.

er hat uns sehr viel ermöglicht zb. portugal, trier oder trento wären ohne ihn nicht möglich!!!
@@HillClimbFans Unser Hobby ist mit Risiko verbunden, mir ist beim Autocross auch einer in die Fahrertür gefahren, aber im gegensatz zu Georg sitze ich hier noch. Ich habe wenn ich drinnensitze auch ein komisches Gefühl, aber es ist zweitrangig. Ich denke Georg, und auch sonst jeder andere Fahrer ist / war sich dessen bewusst, dass der Tod immer mitfährt. Gerne hätte ich ihn kennengelernt.
