It was either Sprints or VRS. Then... Simagic dropped this beast of a set of pedals.
I'm glad there's a lot more companies in sim racing now, because prices for things have come way down while the quality has maintained or improved. I'd imagine the P1000's would've cost $1k or more if they came out in 2019 or earlier...

@@simracingenthusiastreviews I used these Sprint pedals maybe around 3 years in total, here was the motors I liked mainly for the tactile feedback, I used these Buttkicker Gamer Pro I have 2 of these one each side of my seat so was kinda excited to add more tactile hardware to enhance my immersion, within 10 laps I beat my PB with the Sprints by 1 tenth in which yes maybe another 10 laps with the Sprints could have beat my PB but to be comfortable and on the pace so fast says a lot, I really like the build quality + the adjustments of the pedal and the baseplates so convenient with the holes in the top to mount it, very well thought out the design, 1 thing to note though I never noticed the Throttle pedal noise releasing it, I always drive with my feet on the pedal so maybe why it wasn’t so transparent to me, great review!

Got my set arriving next week. Can't wait! Bought 3 haptic reactors because there was a deal (Abruzzi are the official retailers in the UK) on buying 3 so it felt silly not to just go all in. £670 for a 3 pedal set with haptics on all 3 pedals and a base plate. Not too bad at all. And they look great. Also the ability to upgrade is cool. Jake - you need to use that clutch 😂 jump in one of the formula classic cars in AMS2, you won't regret it. And that low initial throttle input map will make a lot of sense in a 1500bhp 80's F1 turbo monster 😂I've got a Moza H pattern which is a total bargain. I'm planning on mounted my set of pedals to two 40/80 profile set horizontally with 4 M8 ratcheting handle screws, so I can quickly shift them left or right depending on if I'm left foot breaking or right foot breaking/clutching.

I've got this set for nearly 2 weeks now and you are totally right about this awfull noise and the feeling you get when you release fasly the throttle pedal ! a yellow card for simagic ! I had to add somme rubber band to attenuate it but it'still there.
anyway it'a a good set of pedals really quick to adjust at your convinience.
the clutch is really good, I didn't expect that. the brake is a load cell one and is not that different as the BJ Steel GT I had before, I might upgrade with the hydrolic option later.
I like to drive old cars and for me the throttle is a bit too short and I would expect something stiffer. I've change the original black spring for the blue but it's still too light.
I am not disappointed at all but don't expect something really different if you already have a load cell brake. the p1000 is just easier to adjust without using tools to change the stiffness of the brake ! which is a really good point !

Although pedal plate is a nightmare for me - so difficult to mount. Not very stiff. P2000 have much better and rigid plate. Now Im using p2000 foula version with two stiffest springs and I find them very useful. Im learning the trialbraking coz they differ from HV in feel but they are a great competitor.
