    I have a question, can I take all-purpose flour instead of self raising flour ? If yes, how much should I take and how much should I add baking powder or baking soda ?

      Make your own self raising flour, just add 15 grams baking powder to 500 grams all-purpose flower.

    Hi kak I hari ni try guna buttercup and follow ur recipe it comes out well for the first time it was very clear wen I check using the stick ..just wan to clarify if my stand mix is up to 8 speed so I still need to keep in range number 5 or I can move to 6 or 7

      Just add 15 gram baking powder to 500 gr regular (all purpose flour) mix this and thats self raising flour.

      waalaikumsalam yaa tambah sebiji and whisk butter shj 15 minit then add gula whisk lagi dlm 15 min ok paling penting whisk telur tu kena lama sbb telur tak sebati punca cake bantat 😍❤️

      hi !! yes cann just add any flavour emulco pandan or red velvet..1 tbsp only at the end of the process aftr the batter is done okies ❤️

      masyaAllah dear, i dont preserve my cake as this cake can last for 4 days outside and normally it will finished and if it not finished just keep in the fridge as it can last for 2 weeks ☺️

      I use all purpose flour too my trick is to get two cups of all purpose flour then mix with 4 tsp of baking powder. From there take 180gm of flour for this recipe!

      @@samanthaashleyy1693 hi! can i know whether you used thermometer oven or not because normally its sticky because the surface are not totally cooked yet..if u do have thermometer and follow the same temperature as mine it will be okay but if u just turn your knob usually if u turn it at 12 its not 100% accurate..because like my oven to get the temperature i need to set the knob at 150 🙂

      Thats already added in self raising flour, thats why they call it self rasing. All purpose flour has no baking powder.
