My guy had all the know issues on the n20, the previous owner must have used frying oil for engine oil, something wrong it s not normal to have that many issues in just one year
Hahahaha, I agree. He had literally done no maintenance other than probably oil changes. At least I got to make good content for you guys out of it so people would know what to lookout for 😅
Bro 2 question 1) how much is your total cost on repairing everything? (Including overhaul) 2) Did you check your car actual miles whether if its genuine or not?
Hi AJ, I am from Singapore and was going to buy a 6 year old 318i Sport F30. I found one and actually made up my mind to buy the car already till I found your videos, seeing the pains and the amount of time you spend on your car I felt so tired even just by looking at your videos, hahaha and decided to abandon the idea of buying it. I still like the F30, maybe I will look for a well maintained car with a low mileage so that i dont have to go through what you did, great job btw on your videos,
If you’re not looking for headache I also think you should look for a well maintained one! Once you’ve bought it I also suggest taking a few preventative measures that i’ve made videos on in order to prevent anything popping up down the line!
So far, I wanna say yes. But the engine hasn't been out for the same length of time so not sure what's gonna happen to it in a couple of years either 😅
Lol dude, as a N20 owner myself, you prob got the worst example of all the 328i out there. On the bright side, you dont really have to worry much for the next couple of years as you've done most of them now haha.
BMW => Break My Wallet
Quick tip, always press the handbrake button with pulling it up, this reduces wear and tear
This was really helpful 👌🏻😁
Are you still going to buy a BMW? 😁
These are actually all true ! I too was flooded with drivetrain errors after replacing parts after parts but I still love the damn car 😂

What’s the mileage when you got the car?
110,000km on the dash 😐 Not sure how to check the "Actual" Mileage though 🤔

currently i've spent 2.2k cuz my oil pump broke lol + both cains + spark plugs
Not bad! 😅
After changing bigger mufflers, does it affects ur petrol more fuel consumption?
That’s what happens when you buy a old car privately
Sometimes
Thanks for sharing! Do you source the parts urself or the shop source it for you?
No problem, Most of the parts were sourced by the shop.
I wanna ask, is the B48 engine way better than N20? I'm planning to buy the facelifted F30 which has a B48 engine.
So far, I wanna say yes. But the engine hasn't been out for the same length of time so not sure what's gonna happen to it in a couple of years either 😅
Buying a 2015 320i next week and you are scaring me sir ~
@Mark Weston Thank you sir !
😁
@markweston5206 yeah, I think previous owners are the key
@@DomagojSavordh that’s true 💯
Is a bmw so make sense 😊
it was POOR care from the previous owner

Kinda unlucky I guess, but yes, most of the problems have been knocked out and the car runs great!
I got the car for over $20,000 (in malaysia) with 110,000km on the dash
These shrek on the end of a video scared me asf.
Oh my thats costly i will stick to my bike thanks
Hahaha! 🤣
car was truly fucked. You can use diagnosis to check the car before you buy it
Dude, get a Lexus. You will have lesser headache
But I don't like Lexus 😕
I also own a 2012 328i during the first 2 years there’s a lot of problem I have to keep fix it. Even tho it’s old car but I still love F30 🔥
I think it's the model year's problem 😂
Why did you get a 2012😭 that’s the first generation
Yeap, I suggest 2014 and up for anyone looking to buy one
It sounds like you cause more trouble to the car than it to you, many unnecessary changes and by the way deceptive title.
OMG, this is a nightmare
Tell me about it 🥲😂
These are great prices though lol
Welcome to Malaysia where the cars are expensive but the parts are cheap! 😅
omg , this video shocking me , i driving 320i , 2014years
Maintain it well and it’ll treat you good! 👌🏼
