Yeah, and I suppose Rittenhouse walked free from court a fucking national hero? I wonder what his sentence would have been if Rittenhouse killed a black guy? Your American culture and mentality is a fucking mess, your gun culture is the laughing stock of the world, every week there are school murders by school kids, 17 year old Rittenhouse is a national hero! I just dont get why the 3rd guy in the Aubrey case is charged with murder, he had no idea what was going on really!? Ok he tried blocking his path, but he didn't communicate with them, nothing was planned before hand, and he had no idea a gun was going to appear, let alone be fired! The USA is a joke, a country still living in it's sad pathetic racist segregated passed! In the UK our police do not carry guns, our security Guards dont have guns, the guys who empty ATM dont have guns etc etc we dont have race issues like you, in the UK 2019 100 gun deaths, in USA 15,000! A country full of racist fucking gangster and cowboys ! "God bless America" "The land of the free" you lot are a fucking disgusting joke!
The Prosecutor was simply astonishing. I have never seen someone handle a prosecution with such confidence. It was almost perplexing in parts. When the young McMurderer was in the witness box, she just asked him questions. He replied with lies and evasions, and with phrases his attorney had him memorize "given the totality of event" (he said it about 60 times). She didn't push back on any of his nonsense. She DID write some things he said, verbatim, on her big flip chart...but then made no reference to it. One was left thinking..is she just going to let him spout this crap? Then....she did her closing. And in her closing she showed how all the statements he made which she written down while he said them...proved he was guilty. She actually convicted him using his own words. So..SHE didn't need to make much of an argument. HE convicted himself. But it was incredible that she had sufficient insight into him and what he would say, that she knew it would all play out that way. It was like she was clairvoyant (which she isn't...I'm not a nutter....I leave that to those insane MAGAt so called "ministers"). It was especially wonderful when she got MrMurderer to say that when he asked Mr Arbery to stop and "speak to him", that he was polite and spoke conversationally. Then she played the recording of the 911 call that Big Daddy McMurderer made from the truck. Why? Because in the background we could hear Travis screaming "stop right fucking now or I'll fucking kill you". It was a an ALL WHITE jury of locals. They convicted all three, all three white men. All three racist white men. Because, remember, after this, they faced their Federal Hate Crime charges, and their social media pasts were exposed. All full of streams of racist hate. They even said they'd plead guilty to the Hate Crime if they could live out their lives in Federal prisons....cause they know that Georgia prisons are a disgrace. Something that never bothered them for a second...until their crimes caught up with them. When they were told "You can plead guilty, sure. But were not giving you YOUR choice of prison" then they decided that they hadn't committed hate crimes. Georgia. What a state. On the one hand the McMurderers and Alex Murdaugh. On the other hand Fani Willis...leading one of the most important cases in US history. She is a god damn super hero. Like this prosecutor. And it was Ahmaud's mother..fighting the corrupt local DA and police department...who managed to stop them sweeping her son's grotesque murder under the good ole boy carpet. An elderly black woman, with little money, but with great strength, and with the power of outrage on her side, but little else. Another super hero.
Yes, and the jurors. I remember reading comments and someone was complaining that there was just one black juror. Well, the 11 white jurors worked out, didn't they? Like Al Sharpton said: "Not all white people are racists and not all black people are criminals/monsters".
Amen 🙏..Linda was phenomenal. Three times I watched 👀 how she cross examined Travis. The many times when he rambled in his answers, she let him go on and on, coming across every bit of a liar. It was hilarious to watch. Travis hung himself big time, there were so many inconsistencies. 😳 Darn hater. Too bad for mom with both hubby and son going away for a very, very, very long time. Maybe the apple does not fall too far from the tree. Hatred was bred in that home.

Seriously, your predictions on this case and the Rittenhouse case both being absolutely spot-on more than convinced me you know your shit. I mean, obviously you do, with the board certification and years of practice, but I've seen so many lawyers on TV and/or UA-cam that will put such a political spin on cases like these that they get lost in the media narrative (one way or another) and cherry pick facts to support their side of the case. You're the only one I've found that deals with highly politically charged issues like this and just gives a solid analysis of the facts of the case, period. No BS. (I will say though, in terms of TV/ UA-cam attorneys, in my opinion, Steve Lehto is also quite a straight shooter, just doesn't touch political stuff at all, for which I don't blame him. But you manage to take the politically charged cases and just throw away the politics and simply discuss on merits, which is SO rare to see) Also, speaking of politically charged shit, I know it's an old case, but I'd absolutely love to see a defense lawyer like you react to the trial of OJ Simpson (the criminal murder one, not the numerous others he's been involved in (both civil and criminal) over the years). I know it's one of those that everyone and their brother has covered, but, I would still love to hear your take on it!
I know the feeling I have a family member shot in the back and a friend that was killed . The killers got life and now I just watch my back around certain people nowdays .
I’m not a lawyer or anyone that studies law so I’m curious on this question because I’m not sure how they do this; How was there 4 counts of felony murder if only one person died? Anything helps to help me understand.

I cried when Amhaud’s mother cried after the verdict was read. As a mother of a little boy of color I’m scared of what kind of world he will be living in where someone could kill him over being “suspicious”. I’m glad this was the verdict. We have a long way to go before I can say justice is served.
Teach him to respect property and the rights of others and nothing will happen. There is no sense in instilling a false sense of fear that he will be targeted FOR his race, this is just false. They went too far in this case, but Aubrey was a career criminal snooping around in other people's houses. Normal citizens do not do this. Teach your son to not do this and there is no risk.
Kaeli, I'm 50 and raised my son. I had talks with him early on about respect, etc. He was still targeted. I hope your son never knows that feeling and that you, as a mom, never has to hear that hurt in your son's voice. At least people are more aware now.
I'm not a person of colour, but I do know some of the statistics on these matters. The chance that your child will be victim of a hate crime like Arbery is (thankfully) rare. I hope if they do find themselves in trouble of any kind that the problem can be solved as painlessly as possible.
@@BloggerMusicMan I am a 'person of colour' and have never been 'targeted' because of my race. I've had bad things happen to me, but way too many people are taught from childhood to believe it's a result of their race (something which makes them freak out because they think they're going to die regardless, thus increasing their chances of doing something stupid). If you have a mother and a father who are both present, avoid having 'friends' who participate in criminal acts, and be respectful of all laws and rights, you will be fine. Unarmed white men are much more likely to be shot than any other unarmed race by cops. The only thing I'll add though is that if you live in a big city that votes extremely left, get out as fast as possible. All the points which apply to all normal areas go out the window in big cities where crime is rampant. Of course, these cities usually have an OVER-representation of 'people of colour' in positions of power, so to argue it's still a racial thing is suspect to me.
How did the jury get it right in the Rittenhouse trial when he had " NO " business with a gun in the first place. He's not even old enough to have a license to carry a gun. If he had stayed home where he belonged he would have never gotten into trouble!!! Those people would probably still be alive!!
He traveled across state lines toward a riot. He was obviously looking for trouble. He wasn’t employed by the store he was Supposedly protecting. He’s guilty
You mentioned that Greg McMichael and William Bryan would be "looking at something close to life". If I'm not mistaken though, that is the only sentence the judge can give for a Malice Murder or Felony Murder conviction. The only choice the judge has is whether it's life with parole or life without parole.
Yes, question is chance of parole or not, parole only chance is after 30 years. And i think it can be more than life with the extra charges. Some place online linda the pros. Said that.
Low and behold the system does work, the innocent kid who defended himself got aqquited. And the racist vigilante and his accomplishes will get put away for life.
@@dragastarr2926 It doesn’t negate what he said, Kyle totally acted in self defense. But the verdict doesn’t negate Kyle being a vigilante who wanted to LARP as an EMS/cop
@k.m.p nas What are you implying ? That it should be illegal to be present in any location ? Take some time and think about what your comment entails. It isn't illegal to simply be somewhere. Also not illegal to be armed in a state that allows the open carry of firearms. You can't really tell someone they shouldn't be present, that's completely ridiculous. This isn't an authoritarian, facist country.
@k.m.p nas He wasn't trying to stop anyone (you're implying that like you can read minds). Again, it isn't illegal to be present somewhere & it isn't illegal to be armed in a state that allows it). It also isn't out touch to be armed at a violent protest. He was actively in full retreat when he was attacked. It's comical you think your opinion is above the legislation and a very decorated group of attorneys opposing viewpoint in regard to your own. You're not the authority to be telling anyone what they should and shouldn't be doing if they're not violating law & it's 100% a facist viewpoint to tell someone "you shouldn't be here". It's not a federal government restricted location.
The jury made the right choice in this verdict 100%. Same in the Rittenhouse case. Back to back justice. Not a perfect system by any means, but it's the best system out there.
What is the intended purpose in calling for the jury to be polled? For the defense, particularly in this case where the one lawyer was egregiously odious, it feels to me like there's a small undertone of intimidation to make each juror affirm the verdicts in front of everyone.
Lol, the judge inadvertently asked juror #5, "was that your verdict now and is that your verdict now?" I'm not making light of the situation, humor and laughter are great coping mechanisms....
I disagree with the Rittenhouse verdict. The boy when to a protest with a assault rifle. What do you think it going to happen. This could have easily been a public high school he brought that rifle to
Aye, I watched this live too. You the 🐐 for churning this out so fast! Looking forward to your update Bruce 👊🏼 Question: Why did they make the jurors validate their answer? Did they think they'd change their mind or possibly returned a guilty verdict under duress? Were they trying to publicly shame them in some way? Please explain the psychology behind this move by the defense 🤨
This is common practice in every jury trial if one side asks for the jury to be polled, which the losing side usually does. Not a special occurrence here. It's just to make sure that the correct verdict was received from each juror and if any juror felt pressured or threatened for their verdict it's a safe place to speak up without feeling intimidated. Standard practice but a very good question! 😁

@@gabrielgalaxygh From some of the cops out there - better know the law BETTER than the average cop.
I agree that given the law as it presently exists, both verdicts were legally correct. I also am firmly of the opinion that the law is too slanted towards encouraging situations where citizens can be lawfully shot. I know that no reform is going to happen - but it should.
Vigilantism is why these three got convicted. That’s why that little criminal rittenhouse should not play cop. No one should play cop. You creating a bigger problem for the cops by vigilante. They might come after you.
@@knightingg8324 Kyle did nothing wrong IMO. If people are setting fire to homes during a riot in homes they should be shot and killed on the spot .
@@dewknow1315 your mindset is why this society is toxic. He is a kid and should be at his home. You are not a cop. Let’s see you big mouth give the vigilante life a shot. Kyle defended himself at the time. But he did several things wrong to include trying to leave the scene of a crime. Just because the prosecutor was an idiot does not mean Kyle did nothing wrong.
Hey Bruce, I think it would be cool if you gave Kevin Strickland a shout out! He was just exonerated after serving 43 years in prison. They held him long after his innocence was proven, and Miasouri does NOT have to offer him any compensation (but his gofundme is at almost $1m right now).
Would be awesome to hear some insight on why he was held for so long from such a brilliant legal mind!
Thank you for doing these videos and educating us
Bruce I'm from the UK. I want to say great coverage, explanations and breakdown of the offences of this specific case. I'm now a subscriber
My boy blickie Bruce be on point... he really be calling these cases 💪🏿!! if I ever need a good defense lawyer I'm fo sho calling CLR Bruce!
Better save up, something tells me he's not cheap! 😂
Thank You for the break down on this case 🤗🤗🤗
We didn't know what we were missing until Bruce hit the scene. What a good idea... a lawyer that speaks almost exclusively about rap music. He has a great personality and sense of humor as well.
Been waiting on this one 🔥
His UA-cam is poppin man I was here to watch it grow
This case should be a reason for others to mind their damn business and call police... Especially when you say it's a citizens arrest but he never told the police that
but Arbery was running! along their streets! and he was being black while doing so…. :( murdering racists.
What is the likelihood that they pull the fathers records as an officer and go through them with a fine tooth comb? Something tells me he has ruined a lot of lives
When is part 2 of the Casey Anthony care going up? I was invested in your take on it
Justice was served
Ultimately justice was served
My mans playing solitaire and has a ace on the far right. Needs to move that up.
Glad we can still have faith in the courts. 2 massive cases where justice was served and nobody bent their knee to our toxic media and false claims
Imagine equivocating this and the rittenhouse case. I wonder what you’re smoking
@@stang9806 you misunderstood his comment, he meant to say in both cases justice was served, one being an acquittal and the other found guilty
@@stang9806 why you so upset? Lmaooo
@@stang9806 7:52 Blicky Bruce does it, do you wonder what he's smoking? Cause I bet it's some OG sour solitaire
Foxs news didn't cover this trial cause it goes against what they are
What really got to me is the father tried to use his old job whatever he was like it was going to save him
Bruce Rivers Superstar. Somebody get this fella a record deal.
But you manage to take the politically charged cases and just throw away the politics and simply discuss on merits, which is SO rare to see)
Also, speaking of politically charged shit, I know it's an old case, but I'd absolutely love to see a defense lawyer like you react to the trial of OJ Simpson (the criminal murder one, not the numerous others he's been involved in (both civil and criminal) over the years). I know it's one of those that everyone and their brother has covered, but, I would still love to hear your take on it!
I know the feeling I have a family member shot in the back and a friend that was killed . The killers got life and now I just watch my back around certain people nowdays .
Much respect that you paused your game of solitaire to make this video, Bruce rivers always making sacrifices for us
I’m not a lawyer or anyone that studies law so I’m curious on this question because I’m not sure how they do this; How was there 4 counts of felony murder if only one person died? Anything helps to help me understand.
I like your Frank Sinatra mugshot!
Question about the appeal - can they appeal individually or are they bound to appeal jointly as in the trial?
Just like in the Rittenhouse case, the video evidence just overwhelmingly supported one side. It was done before it even started.
I’m surprised that one of them didn’t take a plea for a lesser sentence and roll on the shooter
I'd love to hear your take on Jackie Johnson and what charges you think she may be facing.
Crushing it Bruce!!!
God Bless America
Justice has been served.
Bruce I once again look forward to hearing from you and I am grateful for your knowledge wisdom and how your break things down. May you and your family enjoy THANKSGIVING MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND KEEP YOU SAFE. IN JESUS CHRIST NAME WE PRAY AMEN 🙏👍🏾💐🥇👏👏👏♥️ Milwaukee Wisconsin

@CLR Bruce Rivers Why does The Court wait DO LONG to hand down the Sentencing !!!!! Why NOT right then & there ??????? 👑🇯🇲🔥💥⭐🌟🇧🇴💯💎
Love the game of solitaire on the computer lol
Memo too all rioters:Never bring a skateboard to a gun fight.😜😜😜
He traveled across state lines toward a riot. He was obviously looking for trouble. He wasn’t employed by the store he was
Supposedly protecting. He’s guilty
Love it that you’ve been playing solitaire.
I been waitn for this one. That video was fo sho self snitching thanx racist. We are finally getting legal respect fellow black people 💥 🤯 🙌🏾
Great content Bruce 💯🤯🙏🏾
@k.m.p nas That doesn’t negate what the OP said
@@dragastarr2926 It doesn’t negate what he said, Kyle totally acted in self defense.
@k.m.p nas I fully read it's & it equally made less sense the 2nd time man.
Was Roddie convicted of having a haircut like Moe from The Stooges?
He should be tried for having child porn on his phone. The Little Dutch Boy haircut is a tipoff.
Thank you. I appreciate your views 👍
Mr. Audrey you can now roll in peace! Tell xxx one love!
Bruce has everything so under control he can play Solitaire on his 24" monitor, while taking care of business TCB.
The jury made the right choice in this verdict 100%. Same in the Rittenhouse case. Back to back justice. Not a perfect system by any means, but it's the best system out there.
That’s a matter of your opinion in the Rittenhouse case.
Tell that to abuse victims. Our track record is piling up with bodies
Rottenhouse was guilty as hell. Fake tears and biased judge
PLEASE BREAK DOWN THE TRAYVON MARTIN CAS
Love watching Bruce Rivers videos 🐐
What is the intended purpose in calling for the jury to be polled? For the defense, particularly in this case where the one lawyer was egregiously odious, it feels to me like there's a small undertone of intimidation to make each juror affirm the verdicts in front of everyone.
Lol, the judge inadvertently asked juror #5, "was that your verdict now and is that your verdict now?" I'm not making light of the situation, humor and laughter are great coping mechanisms....
When are we gonna get Bruce Rivers Reacting to a Bruce Rivers react video?
First comment ever on UA-cam, Bruce PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE COVER THE GHISLAINE MAXWELL CASE. There is no main stream media coverage of it!!!!
Imagine we found out the reason for all that hanky panky
Love the content! Keep it coming
I disagree with the Rittenhouse verdict. The boy when to a protest with a assault rifle. What do you think it going to happen. This could have easily been a public high school he brought that rifle to
Judge can only decide if life with or without parole. In GA they have to do at least 30 years before eligible.
Solitaire on the computer in the background classic 😂
Who in their right mind would stop for 3 mopes in two pickups chasing them?
Is that Bruce Rivers mugshot from when he was eating Cheetos in his boxers in his Mama's basement?😂😂

notification gang u the 🐐 Bruce
Aye, I watched this live too. You the 🐐 for churning this out so fast! Looking forward to your update Bruce 👊🏼
Question: Why did they make the jurors validate their answer? Did they think they'd change their mind or possibly returned a guilty verdict under duress? Were they trying to publicly shame them in some way? Please explain the psychology behind this move by the defense 🤨
Either side has the right to poll the jury to make sure these are the correct verdicts. It's just one more step to ensure the fairness of the trial.
This is a serious lawyer. Notice the tv screen behind him. Solitaire is a required course in law school and is necessary to pass the bar.
Hey Bruce you should invest in one of those camera holders that make the camera steady instead of having your son hold the camera in his hands .. just a lil advice I love this channel
I know he was waiting to hear and see this bc he was playing solitaire. This is a good frigging attorney
I kept getting distracted by wondering who the David Bowie looking mugshot was.....
