Welcome back guardians. The Veil Containment lore provides snippets of information each week about the Veil and the history of Neomuna. If you have been following along each week you would have noticed that the foundation of Neomuna was built with SIVA , or at least a modified version of SIVA.
In my opinion, SIVA was such an incredibly powerful tool within the Destiny universe that Bungie had to write it out of the story. It was originally intended for colonization and could build entire cities overnight, which of course, would be a huge advantage for civilization. I mean, look at Neomuna, was all this built with advanced SIVA ? It is also implied that Cloud Striders are transformed and partially made from advanced SIVA, and in fact, we see this advanced SIVA in action with the Cloud Strider cores.
So, this has got me thinking, why are we not using Neomuna’s advanced SIVA? To answer this, this video is going to cover everything we previously knew about SIVA, the original SIVA, and everything we know about Neomuna’s “advanced SIVA”.

Didn't even know Veil Containment was thing. Make a video on how the hell to access. Only heard about it on DCP this week lol
I'd love to see a SIVA based power come into the game. It would a be great non-Darkness/Light option from a utility perspective, but also a story perspective.
“Suppress the nanites before surgery” Lab tech yells ”CLEAR” and proceeds to shoot a cloud strider with Tractor Cannon point blank
We should shoot nimbus point blank with tractor cannon.
Then become that one titan from destiny lore that used a nova bomb and also do it point blank.
@@genzu6388 which lore page is it?
@@genzu6388what's this about a titan using a nova bomb ? 😂
@@YourAscha Guardians are Guardians and Guardians are humans. They're not like a separate species. Just different ways of thinking and tapping into the Light. Technically a Titan could use the powers of a Hunter or Warlock. It's just highly unlikely. It's like a doctor becoming an auto mechanic or a programmer taking up manual labor & construction. I mean people are capable of anything. It's possible but not probable.
@@BungieStudiosheck, the classes didn't even used to exist. Light bearers just did whatever, especially very early on
If the transformation chamber is still intact then a logical question would be: what happens when a guardian undergoes the process? Do they become an immortal cloudstrider? Or does bungie want to make things more complicated than that
Technically yeah, but I can't really see the point.
The whole point of integrating Advanced SIVA (ASIVA) into your body was to become faster, stronger and more durable. The thing is, guardians already have these perks from using the light, and many more. Strength? A titan can literaly vaporize someone with a punch. Speed? Amplified + Speed Boost on Arc. Resilience? Remember that our actual health is the part that goes red when you are low health, the rest is an overshield generated with light. Plus, guardians get eviscerated, crushed, filled with bullets and vaporized on a daily basis, and it's always fixed by our ghosts, or by other light abilities like healing rifts, healing grenades, devour, radiant etc. So something like growing an arm back is basically easy peasy.
So yeah, you can, but practicaly there is no benefit. Plus, we still don't exactly know how rezzing works. You could just get all your ASIVA augments, die vaporized and then be rezzed without them, defeating the entire purpose.
@@tcfh2003good reply tbh but this just makes me wonder what it'd be like if a ghost rezzed a cloudstrider
@@tcfh2003interestingly though, there are cases of SIVA preventing Ghost-based resurrection. I believe though, the directive in those cases was ~consume enhance replicate~.
@@tcfh2003 I'm feeling like rather than thinking of it as classes that you just switch between, what if you were using it as an additive, for example, seeing Amanda killed crow with one shot from chaperon(before getting revived), means the guardians are still weak to regular weaponry, what if fusing makes them even more durable, more resistant to regular or higher harm, at least that's another way to look at it, i mean seeing as bungie is so careful with using it must means there's potential of it challenging the light or highly benefiting those who have the light, i wouldn't yet rule it out as a pointless addition of a guardian undergoing the process.
@@tcfh2003
True but in a situation where a guardian has both siva and a ghost, siva could act as a failsafe if the ghost loses light or is destroyed giving that guardian another avenue to revive if not fatally wounded.
I think that given the new lore with how siva was modified with the veil, the connection between clovis bray and the witness, as well as the odd use of pyramid shapes in all of clovis bray's tech, it's possible that siva and maybe even Rasputin was made using pyarmid tech or darkness in general, it would explain a lot of its power and a power based on consciousness would explain how rasputin became sentient, why his tech could destroy the traveler, and many other things.
We have an explanation on how Rasputin possibly gained sentience. We had a whole season talking about it. The original AI that Rasputin was built off of was piloting the ship that took the astronauts to Mars where they met the Traveler and was touched by the light along with the other astronauts. That's more than likely why it became sentient.
Rasputin was a creation of Clovis (influenced by Darkness) and the Spire dungeon Tower had the Darkness in it, since the spire was a joint venture involving Clovis
So if Clovis is involved in tech experiments, then the darkness is involved
The darkness influenced Clovis who in turn created and perfected exos, created Rasputin, Clovis stopped evacuations from both Earth and Titan
Earth's evacuation story explained from 2 different stories, earth's colony escape, and the discovery of Neptune (the current story we've been told)
it’s not “why aren’t we using siva.” it is “bungie forgot siva was in the game.”
Which also opens the route for bungie to explore SIVA more again, and thus, bring more new SIVA content to us - and bring back Wrath of the Machine.
@@Juggggo I mean it's been mentioned multiple times throughout the seasons bungie just avoids it.
I FUCKING LOVE SIVA
I'll drink to that brother!
CONSUME
I think you're missing an important bit where even though Rasputin programmed the original SIVA to attack the iron Lords, there is no clear or direct way to pre-program them again. Then of course the Devil Splicers got to it and probably corrupted it by hacking it. If I'm not mistaken there are lore cards of the Raid boss and how the SIVA is warping his mind after being entirely transformed by it so it makes sense they probably couldn't use that SIVA anymore since it was corrupted and altered in ways that the City couldn't possibly undo.
I also suspect the new SIVA made and used on Neomuna also makes heavy use of the Veil along with the Vex parts which also makes it hyper specific and unique.
I suppose the only uncorrupted source of SIVA left would technically be what Failsafe has and no one has brought that up yet.
The problem with the SIVA Rasputin used against the Iron Lords is that he didn't put an 'end' command to their programming. Like he just put them on 'Kill Iron Lords' and left it on repeat. Chances are, the splicers managed to hack some SIva, and end their programming code, and went from there.
And I was having the same thought about the Exodus Black having a store of them, too.
And another point to ask - Wasn't Mara Sov and the Awoken on an Exodus ship when they were changed??
@@freakctc
They were, until their ship was obliterated and they reformed in a pocket dimension as blue space elves.
SIVA also has Masaive stigma in the eyes of The Vanguard, ever since The Plagueland incident from Rise of Iron. That, and that variant of SIVA was altered from the original form to be more of a weapon than a tool for constriction, making it unpredictable and unstable.
Because Bungie’s writing team isn’t thinking about what would narratively make sense.
They rather have their episodic 80’s montage than a cohesive narrative
It reeks of comic style writing. Doing a flavor of the month with no regard for what came before.
Sadly yeah, Destiny went from a survival, apocalyptic space opera to a cheap superhero adventure, the mystery and cohesion ain't there no more
@@Sohelanthropuswhat?
I loved everything about SIVA and miss it dearly because it had such a cool aesthetic and potential to become in theory anything the controller wished it to be. I think a fun way it could come back would be a season with Clovis as the main antagonist and have him using a secret SIVA facility on Europa for his own goals against us. I just imagine him SIVA-fying a bunch of fallen and vex that would be under his control.
Could be copium but because Siva actually played a massive part in Neomuna, it seems reasonable for WOTM to come back.
Really does. Can see it being the next one even. Yes new assets would need to be made but in turn, that also gives open possibilites. We know Fallen can use it but what about the other races? What if the Vex find it in Nessus? Exodus Black was carrying it before the crash and Exodus Crash *was* to be a SIVA Strike before D2 launched.
We need a siva season, we have access to nano machines that can build cities, tools, and something to contain the veil that sounds pretty useful to have in a fight vs the witness. Like the season could be the vex have tapped into siva but it corrupts their system so we have this new siva vex faction roaming around Nessus/moon/neumuna trying to infect other stuff with siva so bungie could reuse the fallen designs
alright put on your tinfoil hat but VOG and KF both released 7 years after their original release date and 7 is bungies special number so this year would be WOTM 7th year so it would make sense for it to come this year
I’ve seen the leaks
@@supahgaming8249 spinfoil hat prepared
I think i found the flaw with siva and cloud striders. Primary function of nanites is to break down any material and rebuild anything out of said material. Look at the human genome code and its dna structure. I'd say first use the nanites to target certain genetic codes that govern base traits like aging, Regen, intelligence. What i think what they should have done was to target those specific genetic traits at that time through enhancement. Think of it like nutrients for the body, but on the genetic level. To make enhanced humans you use nanites to enhance their genomes and in turn will enhance the body. Specifically if you rewrote your genetic make up by targeting specific genomes that govern basic strength and rewrote it to give you enhanced strength, you'll end up with enhanced strength. The human liver regenerates on it own cause its in your dna structure to regenerate. Use the same method by rewriting your dna structure to regenerate your whole body and you have namekians kinda. We all saw this sort of idea in the cartoon Batman beyond where Terry thought he was a clone of Bruce Wayne. Pay attention to what Amanda waller did with the nanites. She rewrote Terry's father's dna and matched it with Bruce's so Terry ended up with his dna instead of his father's. Thats how you start it. Target specific genome nodes and enhance those nodes snd you'll get what you get!
There's no such thing as an "aging" gene. Aging is the result of the total damage done to the DNA after being copied so many times.
Can’t remember where I heard it (somewhere in neomuna probably a public event) nimbus says that there are vast amounts of ‘nanites/quicksiva’ running underneath the city in the event that damage is done to any of the structures it can begin repairing instantly
After Final Shape, we need another "nostalgia" expansion. Clovis convincing the scavenging Eliksni to bring him SIVA so he can show them how to use it properly would be interesting (I know it's a retread. but I think you could get more creative with enemy SIVA and Stasis abilities). Maybe have a Quicksilver vs SIVA thing going on. Ana and Elsie, Clovis, Osiris, ((memory of rasputin?)), returning to an updated and expanded Plaguelands (no more snow?) maybe introduce a splash of the Cabal when Saladin steps into the scene. Lots of possibilities and ways to either expand the SIVA thread, or put a proper narrative end to it once and for all.
I think the narrative end is that it became quicksilver.
@@patrickbarrio101 but SIVA still has unique properties that should be explored independantly.
@@jakespacepiratee3740 like what? Quicksilver is the evolved version that, we might get more on the Siva stuff but it might get told through quicksilver now.
@@patrickbarrio101 But Quicksilver and SIVA do completely different things!
@@jakespacepiratee3740It’s SIVA, but better.
Me thinks SIVA, or Neomuna's version of it, will play a role after The Final Shape. In the absence of the paracausal power of light and darkness, where will humanity and its allies get the power to fight its foes? Thats where the cloudstriders come in. Theyll teach us their ways after the fall of that gardener and winnower so that we may be able to combat the vex and whatever other foes come about
Siva fits the canon and it saved inventing new systems. All they need to do is find a way to prevent it from being the super weapon in the story.
Which would be easy as saying "Darkness/ the witness has powers to nullify the stability of the nanite control system"
Great of you to pull all the Siva info together. Excellent again 👍
It makes me happy to see someone diving into SIVA, im so ready to see it come back into D2
Another great video, Myelin. Thanks for making the best part of Destiny (the story) more accessible to everyone.
Lore, not story.
@@Lorentz_DriverSame difference
Me watching the SIVA nanites mangle corpses together to create biomechanical flood-like enemies: yeah probably shouldn’t leave this lyin’ around. Aware
SIVA!
Would love to see it come back, as SIVA-fied races were the coolest looking! imo they looked the closest we've had to the pyramid ships excluding the Shadow Legion.
another awesome lore telling. The depth of knowledge always blows me away
This is the first time I’ve ever liked a video from the sponsor ad 😂 before watching the video 😂… you’re the best man
wasnt there also a scanable somewhere on nessus saying that Exodus Black ALSO has a SIVA clump aboard as well? if Bungie wanted SIVA over and done with, they wouldnt have made that scanable and then make Neomuna an advanced being of SIVA as well. SIVA is just in this weird place where its not in the story, yet it is. they wanted it written out but not written out at the same time. i would ALWAYS welcome a SIVA focused season, armor set, another weapon. but its been 7(?) or so years since Rise Of Iron that i feel like they would have really brought it back if they had so wanted to.
I was wondering when some creater was going to get around to the nanites-SIVA link. Thank you Myelin, love your content!
I’m still mad they decided to say they aren’t gonna set siva as a main thing I mean how can you say that when you had a whole expansion about this and there is still siva out there in the lore it would be different if we pull a halo and did a wave command to all siva to self destroy but we didn’t and there is more than that replication chamber we destroyed that can make the crap
It would be cool to show Nimbus or another Neomuni Outbreak Perfected and get a piece of cool dialogue. Dialogue saying how this gun is utilizing SIVA in complete control, similar to how they use it, or scoff at it thinking it's still a far cry from what their ASIVA is. Then after the dialogue get an ornament for it that resembles cloudstrider augmentations.
Small purely visual detail, but I thought the staging of shot of Myelin's hunter with the big lorebook in 1:09 was pretty badass lookin'.
And a great lore vid too of course!
i hope siva returns after the final shape in the vex episodes. never got to experience it as a player, so i'm just now digging into the lore. thnx for uploading!
Thanks for the good listen
Off topic, but I want to see a guardian in a classroom on Neomuna being bombarded by questions and using their abilities as a magic trick for entertainment. That would be a nice and wholesome bit of lore.
Let not forget, there is also a Cabal shadow legion war at the moment😂
@@TheZombie462 honestly, that plotline likely ended after Defiance
i'm honestly expecting it to be written off as Suresh and her team being mixd with the Siva to create the Vex so any attempt to use it "creates a backdoor for the Vex" or some wishy washy way to cast it aside.
I could see a guardian undergoing the strider transformation, just to see if with their Ghost they gain the organic healing their nano doesn’t have. Or having unpaired ghosts go through to check for Neomunian guardians to rez.
Every day with a Myelin Lore entry is a blessed day.
We have SIVA & Warmind subclass (aka Strand). Those Unravel Rounds are based off SIVA nanites. While Tangle based off Warmind Cells
I always assumed Bungie had left the possibility of SIVA returning, with the continued location of Nessus, and the Exodus Black. As a colony ship, Failsafe would have had SIVA on board, so as a guess it is likely she still does have some somewhere
Fantastic video, and good points. Random thought, could SIVA be used to create it's own Replication Chamber?
I can just imagine the meme
“Did you die?”
“Sadly yes…but I lived!”
Yes
The radiation killing exo kinda gives me an explanations for an issue I had.
I was thinking they could definitely find Exo tech and make them,
and then make them Cloudstriders. Stronger and immortal Cloudstriders, and many.
But They're probably scared they would just die being close to the Vale.
the reason cloudstriders die after 10 years is because of the stresses of the body as it told in the lore card you read at 12:16 if they modified their DNA along side cybernetic augmentation then its possible that cloudstriders wouldnt be dealing with the 10 year limit. so if a guardian became a cloudstrider they would pretty much be fine thanks to the light.
Love your content. Keep it up
One thing I’ve thought about is the Cloudstrider lifespan. Is the 10 year limit based on Neptune’s year or on something different. Having 10 Neptunian years is vastly different compared to the other planet’s years.
this video is covering a topic many of us in the community are solving ourselves through fan lore that is for sure.
Ever since Quicksilver Storm was added into D2 with Plunder, the look and lore tab always convinced me that White SIVA is a thing now and if we were ever to see SIVA as enemies again, it'd be this White SIVA.
All this video does is solidify my theory I've had for nearly a year now.
I could see clovis causing havoc in neomuna with "white siva"
Another thing we should be using and perfecting is the forges from the black armory
There is still raw upgraded Siva somewhere among the ruins of exodus black on Nessus, failsafe mentions this in her mutterings, and it is referenced in the lore
What would happen if a Ghost revived a Cloud Strider? Cause in the Quick Silverstorm Lore tab Elsie discovered a Ghost that "Heard the Call" out near Neomuna. Would a revised Cloud Strider take on the traits of their post-op self or its pre-op self, and if so what would that look like with the Light?
Oh boy can’t wait to death with Savathun next season and have the big reveal at the end of it be that Erasmus and friends raided Neomuna and found the transformation chamber…
Can someone tell me how access these multiple recordings at the veil? Do certain quests have to be completed or can you just go there and play them?
Excellent video.
love that I was playing d1 recently so I just experiences rise of iron
I was reading over the silver storm and it has a weird pattern over the unknown and errors so I'm thinking that silver storm was originally made during the transformation of Rohan, the unknown character which can be anyone has that weird hint that it seems like Rohan, and I think the silver storm has a deeper meaning, not for just the three words it includes but lore wise. but that's my thought
myelin at siva: WHY ARE WE NOT FUNDING THIS??? XD
although I like the idea of this advanced siva I love original siva so much more its so cool and wrath is by far my favourite raid just because it is to do with siva I would have loved to see the return of it on like nesus or something with the exodus black
"Just use SIVA"
Paranoid exos: Uuuh- but what if-
What's the background music? I'm trying to find it everywhere but I haven't found it yet.
In the Cabal drill public event, the Cabal are draining nanite fluid from the city’s systems, so this stuff’s also running through the entire city.
Nimbus describes it as “the lifeblood of the city,” and Sid says that when it leaks, the city “is literally bleeding itself to death.”
It would explain why Neomuna’s in relatively good shape, despite being under total siege.
I think with the story of Destiny winding down it really sucks that concepts like this aren't gonna go anywhere. This is just such a fascinating part of the world.
Man I would do some devious things to get that armor again.
Is that how we get through the portal? What if what Savathun hid on Neomuna wasn't the Veil specifically, but the Siva replication chamber and the Veil, together?
Since you brought up SIVA, what do you know about the synthetic ether introduced in Rise of Iron?
For some quick context, the Grimoire card on Beltrik, the Veiled indicates that ether is produced from “organic compounds”.
In Rise of Iron you can find synthetic ether dropped from enemies during the patrol missions requiring you to loot such items (sometimes you are requested to get SIVA servos instead).
Oddly, this actually suggests that splicers didn’t break away from their dependency on ether, but rather began consuming synthetic ether instead.
This begs the question, is synthetic ether easier to obtain than regular ether?
I’m actually suspecting that all that metal smelting taking place in the Plaguelands isn’t just to get more metal for their keep and body modifications, but some is actually being processed into ether.
A twist introduced in the Plaguelands patrol missions is that larger enemies drop more of the item requested, so a Dreg or Vandal may drop a single vial of synthetic ether, but a Captain can drop 3.
Speaking of the synthetic ether vials, they are purple and have the marking of the House of Rain/Dusk, something which might be worth its own separate discussion.
Also, Captains that present a Perfected SIVA offering will actually grow to the size of an Ultra Fallen enemy, the size of an Archon or Kell.
Do your think regular Fallen can consume synthetic ether, or do they need to first become splicers to do so?
Zero Hour was during Season 6 - Season of the Drifter not the warming expansion @Myelin
Siva subclasses could be pretty cool
Hmm imagine we had a raid where we had to get a cloud strider buff but couldn't use our light, and we had to die and resurrect to get our old bodies back since the light isn't compatible unlike exos of course
Have you guys tried that new Siva Plus?
I can only think in two potential subclass, SIVA or Quicksilver, which can potentially synergize with kinetic weapons.
With all the golden age vex talk, I'm curious about the order of the arrival of the various species to the solar system
What about Exodus Black on Nessus? Every exodus was equipped with Siva. We could get new plaugelands, but with Vex alongside Fallen.
Awesome content. SIVA
Once you use advanced SIVA you'll never go back to the old stuff.
That's what I've been thinking ever since Neomuna got revealed to be a city that had no collapse and developed seperately from dark age earth and the other planets
Honestly more interested in if our Ghosts could undergo the Cloud-Strider Process.
As far as we know its not organic, and The Drifter sets a precedence for Ghost Upgrades. We also know that Sepiks Prime was both "Dead" for about 2 years before Siva brought it back, and then rebuilt itself again after our guardian killed it on Felwinter Peak.
If it keeps its connection to the light... what could stop a Ghost with that kind of power aside from like... the original thorn or hive magic?
(also a side note, what if an Exo underwent the process, I assume they wouldn't have the "organics" problem)
Don't they mention in the cabal drill public event that the cabal are mining nanites from the city?
Man... Having just watched this video on SIVAs involvement in building Neomuna and I just think it would make a perfect counter to Arc. Granted, much of what made SIVA what it is has now been incorporated into Strand, but it can be the red sand/swarm/cloud, or liquid metal that would fit with Destiny so well.
Plus, we've been begging for SIVA to come back for years so making it a subclass would be a slam dunk for Bungie. The next subclass will be red, y'all. I don't know how they'd make SIVA paracasual, but it would be pretty rad.
It just doesn't seem like it would make sense though since it's a man made substance and not an aspect of cosmic existential forces.
However, wait a goddamn minute...
I've been saying that the assets for the next subclass are very likely already being used in the game, and that I thought a liquid metal would be very fitting to counter Arc. Quicksilver Storm might be those assets, and it's advanced SIVA. Plus, it has spikes which is something I think is needed shape language-wise.
This is a promising theory, I know it. The assets for Strand were featured in Witch Queen, albeit the color was more of a blue gray, but it was hidden in plain sight. Maybe Quicksilver will be recolored red and be used as the next element. Bro... 🤯
🎯 ...exactly. They had to pre-empt that they won't be making armor sets and stuff...cause the WHOLE COMMUNITY has been saying we wanted that Wrath of the Machine raid back for the armor and weapons.
The nanites are actually confirmed too be active and replicating in the city during patrols. Cabal miners are described as sucking up nanites which is stopping city repairs...essentially just vacuuming up bugs ig?
But is true nanites are obviously very powerful but we see none of it in game. Apparently neomuna's entire defense plan is cloud strider super heros, metaverse the population, let nanites repair, and rely on the few turrets...they could've atleast had droids like Clovis...
Tbh they could have easily made Siva last season or this season's story especially with the fact that Rasputin is gone, I highly doubt theirs not other Siva vaults on earth, plus Siva should probably be going absolutely wild on earth considering the only person who has complete control over it is dead
Oh that would explain why the striders are huge. Remember when we faced the infected (with raw Siva) Iron Lords they were huge but kinda mindless. It would seem that they solved that with the advanced Siva.
I'd be ok with the Siva they have being permanently fused with Vex tech in some way that means 'we cant deploy it outside of Neptune beyond Cloud Striders/weapons'. I dunno, does seem like a gaping plot point to be spelunked otherwise. Maybe The Vanguard will have issues with its deployment outside of Neomuna due to 'past incidents'.
Keep it up Myelin, top stuff as ever.
Siva is the new kinetic subclass
Since Lightfalls launch I've been wondering why we don't use SIVA again. Were I bungie, I would've launched a content drop where the Neomuni help us pacify SIVA and learn to control it. Like we could literally turn it into a super like generate nanite spears and shit. So much potential thats lost.
The missing part of the equation might come from the core and what every powersource it is the cloud striders have inside them.
this is cool and all but what about all the siva that we kinda left behind in the plauge lands. We are literally sitting on some mistery flesh park of siva and bungie was like, "oh, yea, it just dissapeared"
Between SIVA, the Lights power of creation, the Darkness’ power of the mind and maybe that core thing on Europa perhaps Exo’s can be rebuilt. They don’t even have organic matter. Cayde?!
I feel like it was such a missed opportunity for the "big bad" for the Lightfall campaign to be Clovis and not Calis. It felt like the previous season they were leading to just that. Putting aside that we had just rejected and pissed Clovis off, he was already a likely suspect to be the next disciple. He had ties to almost all the scientist on the Exodus that crashed on Neptune, especially with Sundaresh. He had ties to the Vex, who are all over Neomuna anyway and he could have played a part in influencing them in some fashion. He had ties to the SIVA they used to create the city as well as their defenders in the the Cloudstriders. He could have been an amazing expositional tool after the fact too, gaining access to his logs once the campaign was done and following this whole reveal of SIVA even being present in the first place, he could have giving us the hints about Asher as well. All that aside, he's always been manipulated by the Darkness and The Witness and I was very surprised that wasn't touched on more in that season where we just blindly start accepting his help even when we've known as a Guardian since Beyond Light that Clovis was being whispered to by The Darkness when he opened the vex portal to create the Exo's and etc. It just makes so much sense that I'm kind of surprised they didn't do it. Calis and the Cabal being there instead always felt...off, to me. Like they didn't belong and were shoe-horned in.
Something that dawned on me about recent lore, we know from the terminal logs that touching the veil would render an entity braindead
So here's the implication of that fact, we've been told Savathun and the Witness interacted with it (they had to move it after all in order to get it to AND from the Traveler), so why did they survive when others didnt
Probably because they used other means to interact with it, You don't need physical contact to move something.
Savathun could move it the same way she moved the Traveler. Witness is big brain & hella powerful.
a meme of season 28-30 where the vex do some tomfollery and attack sme facility and we need to stop them we get some new seasonal weapons.
I do wish SIVA could return in somw official way. I know it's likely we're gonna get Wrath of the Machine raid back next season, which will have that armour set and weapons, I'm hoping the rest of the season will have a little to do with SIVA, or even maybe a surviving pack of Devil splicers.
I think it’s actually Crotas End
@@jordankroonenberg5084 hmmm, yeah, that would make sense actually if next season is about Savathun again.
I still feel like S.I.V.A. Should be part of the next 3 subclasses we get.
A friend and I tried coming up with 3, non light or dark based, subclasses they could add after The Final Shape--with thr first one being a weaponized SIVA. We also couldnt decide if Warmind and the use of the orange grid bits and Javelin would be a path on that, or its own neutral subclass. But I think something using that as a base could be really interesting from not only a gameplay standpoint, but also from a story angle
Given the whole “final shape” ending and is relatable to SIVA as what it does is ‘shape’ and create things
Gotta say I think the SIVA mentions were mostly a tease for Wrath of the Machine.
I imagine this is what a kinetic subclass would look like after Final Shape
Would be very cool if we could be cloud Strides in Final Shape.
So are the consciousnesses of the fallen Cloudstriders actually trapped in those monument servers living out their memories or a hellish existence of being trapped in a box ? Given what we know of the questionable ethics of the neomuna founders it wouldn’t surprise me if they’re essentially “buried alive” and it’s considered acceptable in order to protect the city. With that said, would it be possible to “revive” Cloudstriders as exos or simply rebuilt nanotech/siva bodies ?
The cores are more like nano-hives than brains. There's no consciousness in them, just a computer and nanites.
Well we are getting a siva season soon
I'd like to think that with Quicksilver Storm being the first to introduce us to the advanced SIVA, the new stuff is simply called "Quicksilver"
Yeah, I dont think I ever actually said that. But yes, completely agree.
And..... the Exo Stanger has been dead silent and absent from the Lightfall story arc phenomenal work Bungie!!!
It HAS to come back. Siva 2.0 plz. Definitely would be a season after the final shape tho.
I’m just gonna assume post the final shape story like most non traveler/ witness stuff
oh my god.... siva mentioned!?!?!?!?
sivabros its so back
Its probably the new subclass
If siva is responsible for Nimbus, it needs an intelligence upgrade
its not siva that is incorporated in cloudstriders. it was told this week that is Radiolaria.
