You take steroids to reach a level you could never achieve naturally that’s why it’s common to see 300 pound dip shits with abs and constantly indulge in cheat meals throughout the week. Check more of these videos and you’ll see that these diets are not this shit 7 days a week all year round. These meals are before contests 8 to 12 weeks out. Don’t be fooled by the hype.

I always struggled with eating oatmeal but I make shakes 100g oats, 1 egg, 2 cups milk, 5g creatine, 20g vanilla protein powder and blend that up. Drink two a day while you're working or on a walk and it adds so much yet it's so easy to consume

When you meal prep and eat chicken that was cooked a week ago it’s absolute shit. Chicken is only good when it’s freshly cooked. Beef can be good a week later but still nowhere near as good as when it was fresh off the grill.

As much as these guys work hard, it’s sort of delusional due to drug usage and the horrendous after effects (assuming they don’t die if a heart attack before retirement). The music, the motivational speech, the aesthetics…..all should be viewed with caution. Best to be consistent in the gym, food, time etc and the corollary of that will be good, always
i had periods when i did steroids where i had some inconsistent moment of me not eating like i should. trust me, taking gear without eating right won't get you anywhere
I try to eat a different meat for every meal. eggs/egg whites in the morning, fish next, then chicken, then beef, then a salmon or turkey. It's tough, but well worth it.
