I always had the hardest time making gains because I wasn't eating enough. My stomach couldn't handle any more food, and I was eating constantly. Once I learned how to go past the point of being full and fighting through it to be in a surplus, that's when I started making gains and really living the life of a bodybuilder. Dieting down is easy for me, it's the bulking that gets me. Now that I've disciplined myself in that regard. Nothing has been able to stop me since then.

I never understood people who say they can't diet. You can season chicken, tuna, veg, egg, etc. in so many different ways that it can taste great. I never really liked beans. But I chop up onion, garlic and jalapeno and throw it into the pan with it and it's fantastic. Spices are your friend when you're eating those high protein foods. There's no reason to suffer through bland food while bodybuilding.
For real it's simply fuel. I ate one of my meals cold today because I travel for work and didnt have time to find a gas station with a microwave. Gotta do what you gotta do no excuses.

@@dozermendoza that depends, for bulking it's okay to have salt but not for cutting. Salt creates water retention and you can't have that while on stage. Back in the days, the bodybuilders were so afraid of eating sodium that some of them not even brushed their teeth because toothpaste have sodium. Nowadays everybody knows that this is stupid but it really was a thing
