As a naturally thin guy, food has always been my problem. But the goal is to keep going forward. Keep lifting heavier weight. At almost 36, I am the strongest I have been in my entire life. I just need to get that mass and then hold on to it. These videos are great because they end any excuse you have that is keeping you from your goals!

Adam Djellouli if I wake up at 5 am I cannot help but fall asleep during the day... Then I cannot sleep at night again. If I sleep less than 7.5 hours, I fall asleep during the day :|

Im a 17 year old dude and ive been eating alot Rice Beans Oats ect and its been a good decision and no sugars. Working hard at home gym and all this cse a girl broke my heart . This is my first year of seriously training and be a natty bodybuilder. Lesson:Get your heart broken it helps alot
