      @@timetochangeforthebetter5159 wow 4 years ago 🤣 got to 275, biggest I'd ever been, and the max I took in was 7,300. Took a lot of help from my wife meal prepping as well as encouraging me mentally.
      A lot of people scoffed and said I don't need anywhere close to that until they saw the results start to show compared to any other caloric amount I had attempted.
      This was all natural btw.
      Long story short do you, listen to your body, and only increase when you're able to increase. You got this!

      @@beastben1761 it was all clean, though I had to go heavy on carbs to keep gaining. Wasn't the most cut obviously, but you could still see definition and shape. White Rice and Spaghetti Squash were staples. Protein it was literally any affordable source of protein I could get. Fats I used MCT Oil daily, peanut butter, Nutella, occasionally avocado but I can't stand the taste 😅

      @@spencergrady4575 Like for a guy like me (5’10/169lbs). I can afford to only eat (3,000-4,000) calories a day of (Clean food). I feel like if I did that consistently and train hard consistently I could put on some decent muscle mass. My goal is only to get to around (185-190lbs) anyways. My body couldn’t handle (250+lbs) lol

      jus keeping it real bro..i got accustom to diet food longtime ago..after i got injured training for competition years ago,,my bodybuiding dreams went with it..all i can do is train as hard as i am able to now n develop d best strongest hardest build i can to make up for that lost dream..so i look forward to these vids everytime to keep moving forward n not giving up,,caus life is great, living is easy,,its trying to survive is difficult...

    As a naturally thin guy, food has always been my problem. But the goal is to keep going forward. Keep lifting heavier weight. At almost 36, I am the strongest I have been in my entire life. I just need to get that mass and then hold on to it. These videos are great because they end any excuse you have that is keeping you from your goals!

    I never ever thought I would hate food however that all changed when I got into body building and now I have to force myself to eat in order to maintain and build. I never had such a love/hate relationship with anything until now and it's a little disheartening to say the least. Post Script...LOVE THE WAY I LOOK AND SO DO THE WOMAN. The End.

    Im a 17 year old dude and ive been eating alot
    Rice
    Beans
    Oats ect and its been a good decision and no sugars. Working hard at home gym and all this cse a girl broke my heart . This is my first year of seriously training and be a natty bodybuilder.
    Lesson:Get your heart broken it helps alot

    Can you please make a motivation video based on Discipline and time management ? I train good, but fuck, I can't help but keep sleeping at 3 am, wake up in fucking afternoon, miss cardio, miss daily tasks and so on... I always admired bodybuilders waking up at 5 am and sleep early, nail the tasks before evening...

      Just do it, tomorrow wake up at 5 am, and do so every day from now on. First weeks will be hard, but then it will become your habit.

      Adam Djellouli if I wake up at 5 am I cannot help but fall asleep during the day... Then I cannot sleep at night again. If I sleep less than 7.5 hours, I fall asleep during the day :|

      +Swolbraham Lincoln It's all in the mind bro, i personally love to sleep, i can even sleep for 16 hours straight but i limit myself with 4 to 6 hours everyday, i wake up at 4, sometimes 5, trust me if i can do this you sure can! yeah you will be sleepy during the day but fight it, get up and do something, life is short don't waste it by sleeping too much, find your why to sleep less and wake up early, you will be happier trust me.

      why would you want to sleep 6 hours a day?Sleep 11-7 or 12-8.I dunno i eat even if i am not hungry i am always hungry.I never miss a training day cause its a hobby i love.If you cant enjoy it find sth other that you enjoy dont o sth you dont want to do.

    i know these feels all to well right now lol Dave Palumbo has me pounding this clean ass food all day, currently stomach is all messed up and I can't eat my regular clean diet but i'm getting better. i miss it and i hate it at the same time, this journey is bitter sweet, challenging and rewarding, filled with trial and error, confidence and doubt. enjoy the journey! i'm so ready to cut, two more months of eating first tho! will probably be close to 300lbs.
