In my opinion , its too much. Your bicycle experience is not much of a transferable skill. The road position of a bicycle is to be positioned so that you are safe for other vehicles to overtake . Opposite applies to a bike . That aside this bike can get most people into trouble, it weighs sod all and has over 120bhp ...you would scare your self stupid at best , almost definitely drop it and at worst have a serious accident. That said if you get past 6 months you probably won't want or need to change bikes for quite a few years. Whatever you do stay safe and good luck !
Throttle goes both ways. Lots of people told me I would be dead within a month when I ordered a 675 Daytona for my first bike. Had it for ten years. Followed by another two years on a 676 Speed Triple R and three years on a 1290 Super Adventure S. Just thinking about getting something smaller again hence watching this.
